Every Life's Challenge Carries The Seed Of Its Own Solution

There are times that life may present you with some challenges that may look overwhelming at first sight. At this point, you may think that the challenge exists alone as something big, unsolvable, and intimating. However, what you should know is that the solution to a problem is almost always within the problem itself. In fact, you will be right to infer that no challenge actually comes without its solution right inside it. No matter how difficult a situation may look, it still carries the seed of its solution waiting to be discovered. This is why you have to shift your attention from looking at the challenge, and focus on the solutions within it.

It is worthy to note that challenge or problem is not a dead-end, rather it is an invitation to think big, think deep, think well, grow, and rise. You should understand that any challenge that comes your way is a proof that you are well able to handle it. Adorably enough, even nature teaches this principle. When you plant a seed for example, when it encounters the pressure in the ground, it will open up and then germination and growth will take place. That means that pressure is not to destroy the seed but to cause growth. In the same way, the pressures and the challenges of life are not to destroy you but to create a platform for growth, to activate the solution that is already resident right inside you.

A lot of people panic when faced with problems because they tend to focus on the size on the problems rather than the potency of the solution that resides right within them. Just to let you know, the solution does not announce itself as the solution. They may appear quietly through reflections, meditation, learning, patience, and a shift in your mindset and your perspectives. There are sometimes that the solution you see is in the knowledge you are to acquire. In some other cases, it may be the courage to take daring steps. It can also be the discipline you must imbibe, or the help you must seek. It is true that the solution may not be what you are expecting, but it will always be available.

You also need to know that challenges are part of what refine you. When you get a raw piece of gold, you may not see the beauty in it because of the dirts and impurities that cover it. But when you pass it through the fire and the refining processes, it will come out looking beautiful and attractive. That means that the fire was not to consume the gold but to make it better. In the same way, the challenges that come to you are not to break you, but they are to refine you and make you who you are. If challenges were nonexistence, you may not have developed many of the skills you have now; like resilience, patience, creativity, and wisdom. What once felt like a stumbling-block and a limitation, is not what has turned into stepping-stone. This shows you that challenges also have a way of making someone better.

Whenever you are confronted by challenges or problems, do not submit to fear, rather ask better questions. Questions like "what can I learn from this?" "What is this trying to teach?" "What skills can I develop to help me solve this?" "How do I pull through from this?" When you start asking all these questions, you will begin to see as the solution starts to reveal itself. Your greatest problems can become the source of your greatest victories. You cannot stop challenges from coming, but you should look beyond them and see that there will always be solutions even inside the challenges. Your challenges should not have the final say, you should have the final say. Right inside what looks like problems are opportunities you may never even knew existed until you look deeply.

Each time life places a challenge before you, do not see it as a verdict against you, rather see it that it is an evidence that the solution exists, and you will definitely find it.
