Having and spending with the people you is one of the most necessary things in life as it increases love, unity, and prosperity. When you lose a person either through death or by distance or through an argument, it always hurts as you will always feel bad about it.

We at times make mistakes in life we always blame ourselves or get blamed for it. We always chose to do things with or without caring if it will affect does around us. Our actions at times make us who we are or it mares us. We do what we want at times forgetting others. Duo sometimes our actions are sometimes good, we should always care to how others feel about it. We should not take an action immediately or without letting others know about it.

Action should not be taken when we are distorted or not feeling to good. If you are not sure about something, always learn to share with does around you, they will always try to help you. Never share your actions with a person who will give you nothing but negative steps to take.

If someone hurts you in a where you feel like avenging do not act immediately. Take some time to think if your action will be good or bad, will it be of any benefit to me, will it solve all my problems, will it hurt the people I love and care about. Think before acting.

Never act when you are feeling or when you are anger. It is always said, actions taken in anger is not always at times the best of all actions.
Act when you are calm and feeling good.

WHEN TO TAKE ACTIONS
 Wait for the problem to be clearer
 Always have a clear plan
 Recognize the problem
 Identify the path to solve the problem

HOW TO ACT CONCERNING EMOTIONS
 Always be aware of your emotions: learn to acknowledge and accept your feelings.
 Always be mindful of your emotions.
 Write down what you feel.
 Engage in activities that will make you feel good.
 Create a distance between your emotions and action.
 Focus on aligning your actions with your emotions.
 Learn to communicative with others about your actions and how you feel.
 Seek support from people who care about you.
