Mensaje diario de 5 minutos-Un momento en el tiempo/ Daily 5 minute message- A moment in time. 17 April 2026

Las guerras cambian y los instrumentos para acaban con la vida parecen mejorar. Atrapado en el tiempo quedan para el museo los instrumentos para la defensa y la guerra. El tiempo va pasando a veces sin darnos cuentas, de un día tras otro. Estamos parados aquí en este momento y lugar, pero nunca sabemos donde vamos a terminar.

Agradezco estar que hace unos momentos estaba parada con mi taza de café mirando el amanecer. Y era solo un momento, un lugar y a veces un recuerdo, porque ya paso y se convierte en recuerdo aunque sea de solo hace unos instantes.

Mientras escucho las noticias nacionales e internacionales veo que no ha cambiado mucho el hombre siempre luchando por más tierras, por más poder, siempre más. Y así ocurre en todos lados. Somos dependientes de las decisiones de otros.

Como no podemos hacer variar el tiempo, nos concentramos en hacer el ahora lo mejor que podamos, ayudamos a otros, nos ayudamos nosotros mismos. Sacamos nuestra mejor sonrisa, escuchamos buenas música y nos animamos a continuar.

ENGLISH VERSION

Wars change, and the instruments used to end life seem to improve. Trapped in time, the instruments of defense and war are relegated to the museum. Time passes, sometimes without us noticing, from one day to the next. We stand here in this moment and place, but we never know where we will end up.

I am grateful that just moments ago I was standing with my cup of coffee, watching the sunrise. And it was just a moment, a place, and sometimes a memory, because it has already passed and becomes a memory, even if it was only a few moments ago.

As I listen to the national and international news, I see that not much has changed; humanity is always fighting for more land, for more power, always more. And this happens everywhere. We are dependent on the decisions of others.

Since we cannot change time, we focus on making the best of the present, we help others, we help ourselves. We put on our best smiles, we listen to good music, and we encourage ourselves to keep going.
