Historia de la vida real le esta sucediendo a una prima, ella es abogado de una empresa que dejo de pagar el local, dejo de pagar los impuestos y para colmo ella aparece en el registro con un poder para realizar gestiones, no manejaba el dinero.

Hace unos días ella fue a vender un automóvil de su propiedad, creo que a todos nos esta pegando en Venezuela el alto costo de la vida. Cuando realizaba los tramites se encontró que estaba bloqueada para realizar cualquier tramite por falta de pago de la empresa.

Ella había guardado copia de los documentos que comprueban que ella era solo para tramites burocráticos, no era dueña de la compañía y no manejaba dinero de esta. De hecho tampoco le pagaron sus servicios del último año.

Al final y aunque comprobó que ella no era la que debía dinero a las diferentes estancias, termino pagando una "multa" por supuesto en dólares.

Ahora ella a pesar de que ellos eran sus clientes se ve en la necesidad de demandarlos. Yo me pregunto si debería contratar a un abogado o ella misma debería ser su cliente.

A real-life story is happening to my cousin. She's a lawyer for a company that stopped paying its rent and taxes, and to top it all off, she appears in the registry with a power of attorney to handle administrative matters, even though she didn't handle the money.

A few days ago, she went to sell one of her cars. I think the high cost of living is affecting everyone in Venezuela. When she went to complete the paperwork, she discovered she was blocked from doing anything because the company hadn't paid.

She had kept copies of the documents proving that she was only there for bureaucratic procedures; she wasn't the owner of the company and didn't handle its money. In fact, they hadn't even paid her for her services for the past year.

In the end, even though she proved that she wasn't the one who owed money to the various agencies, she ended up paying a "fine," of course, in dollars.

Now, even though they were her clients, she's forced to sue them. I'm wondering if she should hire a lawyer or if she should be her own client.
