Siguiendo las recomendaciones que aporta mi hijo en la semana, otra llamativa serie que me trajo para mirar. He tenido una semana de grandes películas y series y como siempre les comento solo me detengo para aportar alguna que sea muy llamativa. Últimamente me han traído para mirar series de mucho suspenso y esta no escapa de eso, me mantuvo sentada hasta el final.

Una serie de TV (2023), tiene 2 temporadas, de 15 episodios. Vemos un personaje principal Sam Nelson y esta a punto de vivir un viaje complicado cuando un grupo de secuestradores toma el control de su vuelo. Un género de suspenso sobre secuestros, no esta basada en hechos reales. Paralelamente vemos a sicarios para asesinar en tierra, no solo a quienes puedan dificultar los planes del secuestro y lo que desean lograr, sino también a sus parientes.

Following my son's recommendations this week, here's another intriguing series he brought me to watch. I've had a week of great movies and series, and as I always mention, I only stop to share the ones that really grab my attention. Lately, I've been getting a lot of suspenseful series to watch, and this one is no exception; I was glued to the screen until the very end.

This TV series (2023) has two seasons of 15 episodes each. We see the main character, Sam Nelson, about to embark on a perilous journey when a group of hijackers takes control of his flight. It's a suspenseful series about kidnappings, though not based on real events. Simultaneously, we see hitmen on the ground carrying out assassinations, not only against those who might hinder the hijacking plans and their objectives, but also against their relatives.

Mientras se desarrolla el secuestro aéreo y su drama, nos enteramos de las demandas para la liberación de dos jefes del crimen, quienes dirigían redes de tráfico de drogas, prostitución y tráfico ilegal de armas, antes de caer presos.

El protagonista Sam Nelson es un negociador muy exitoso y tratará de poner su mejor método para salir vivo de este secuestro. Logra enviar un mensaje antes de que corten el wifi y eso desata en tierra ciertas alertas.

El viaje es de 6 horas y atraviesan varios países que le van pidiendo que se identifiquen. Ante la alerta y que no contestaban la radio que le pedían identificación, uno de los países envía dos cazas para incidentes en Westminster. Al lograr descubrir que no eran terroristas los secuestradores y que eran de nacionalidad británica se retiran.

As the plane hijacking unfolds, we learn of the demands for the release of two crime bosses who ran drug trafficking, prostitution, and illegal arms dealing networks before their arrest.

The protagonist, Sam Nelson, is a highly successful negotiator and will try his best tactics to survive the hijacking. He manages to send a message before the Wi-Fi is cut, triggering alerts on the ground.

The flight lasts six hours and takes them through several countries, each demanding identification. When the hijackers fail to respond to radio calls for identification, one of the countries scrambles two fighter jets to investigate incidents in Westminster. Upon discovering that the hijackers were not terrorists and were British nationals, the fighter jets withdraw.

Resulta un secuestrador herido ante un intento de un pasajero por suministrar insulina a su padre que se encuentra mal. Sam propone ponerse en contacto con tierra para aterrizar, buscar ayuda médica y salvarle la vida al secuestrador que resulta hermano del secuestrador principal.

Siguen dándose vueltas a la trama del secuestro y resultan inesperado. De verdad es de mucho suspenso la serie. Una nueva amenaza surge a bordo que no me esperaba, mientras Sam lucha por controlar el caos que se desata a su alrededor y comienza a salirse de control.

Tiene potencia esta serie porque resulta con cambios inesperados.

A hijacker is injured when a passenger tries to give insulin to his ailing father. Sam proposes contacting ground control to land, seek medical help, and save the hijacker's life—who turns out to be the brother of the main hijacker.

The hijacking plot continues to twist and turn unexpectedly. The series is truly suspenseful. A new threat emerges on board that I didn't anticipate, while Sam struggles to control the chaos unfolding around him, which begins to spiral out of control.

This series is powerful because of its unexpected twists and turns.
