Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early this morning; it was raining and a bit cold. So I didn't go out, I stayed home and read books. I walked on the treadmill this evening and accomplished my 5K goal for today.

According to Google Fit, I walked 5725 steps, 4.15 km, and burned 2149 Cal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
