My Daily Activity Report: December 23 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I got up early in the morning. Today I woke up early before sunrise, but the weather was overcast and cold. I read a book in bed until the children woke up. After they woke up, we all had breakfast together. After the children went to school, it started to rain. I hoped it might snow, but it didn't. Around noon, my wife and I went to the library, picked up some books, and did some shopping before heading home. Today I managed to exceed 5K.

According to Google Fit, I walked 5123 steps, 3.63 km, and burned 2300 Cal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
