My Daily Activity Report: December 14 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Yesterday was my friend's wedding, and even though I didn't walk much, I was very tired. I woke up early this morning, but I have no energy at all, so I couldn't go out. Actually, I was sleepy, but to avoid disrupting my routine, I didn't sleep; I read a book in bed. In the afternoon, my wife and I went for a walk and did some shopping.

According to Google Fit, I walked 5745 steps, 4.24 km, and burned 2175 Cal. This week, according to the app, I took a total of 38,626 steps. That's not a lot, but it's not bad at all. I hope to do more next week. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
