My Actifit Report Card: October 23 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I woke up early this morning. It was overcast and rainy, but not cold. We had breakfast on the balcony while it was raining and enjoyed the rain. In the afternoon, I went for a walk for about 30 minutes.

According to the weather forecast, temperatures will drop next week. If the weather is nice this weekend, or rather, if it's not too cold, we'll go on a picnic. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
