My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather today was partly cloudy and windy, but warm. I woke up early in the morning and had a nice breakfast with my family. I made eggs with sausage. I made the sausage myself, so it's the original, unprocessed kind.

After breakfast, my son and I went to play basketball. It was a bit early for him, but he was very eager. After that, we walked a little. We returned home at noon. We spent the day relaxing. And today, I managed to exceed 10K. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
