Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I got up early in the morning and went for a walk. The weather was incredibly hot and humid today, and the sun was literally scorching. Even though it was morning, I was sweating profusely, so I returned home around 10 o'clock and, following my doctor's advice, did not go out again. I managed to exceed 7K.

I sat on the balcony all day and read a book. I need to turn on the air conditioner to sit inside the house, but my balcony has a slight breeze, which is enough for me. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
