My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2025
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I had a cold yesterday, I was hoping to get better today but I didn't get better so I rested today and only went to the supermarket to do some shopping in the evening. While I was out, I also walked a bit and managed to get over 6K, which is better than nothing.
It's been 65 days since I quit smoking, I feel better and healthier every day, if you smoke, I strongly recommend you to quit. Even though I walk every day, I have gained 4 kilos since I quit smoking, and I constantly want to eat something, I think that is the worst part of quitting smoking, but when the weather gets warmer, I will do my best to lose the weight I gained in the summer. Actually, I was afraid that I would gain more weight, but I didn't gain too much weight, but 4 kilos is still too much. No matter what, life without cigarettes is really great, we can lose the weight we gain whenever we want, but when our health deteriorates, it is not easy to recover.
