Hello dear #Hivelovers community!

I just discovered this #community and I immediately decided to share something that happened to me.
I tell you that I have the privilege of being part of a special group of hivers led by @yecier where, since we arrived there, we have been received with all the empathy one could wish for.

We have not yet been able to meet physically and therefore it is not possible for me to have photographs in which we are all together, that is why I have only put images of myself here, but I undoubtedly hope that some meeting where we can hug will materialize soon.

It is the first time that I write here in this space and from what I have been able to appreciate it is a magnificent community just like the group I am talking about, made up of boys from various provinces of #Cuba, mostly from Santiago de Cuba.
In honor of this last province, and considering that the majority of the hivers that I mention are from there, we have recently supported an initiative by @yecier himself to demonstrate to new members in the group how it is possible to make a hashtag visible, for which we placed the hashtag #hivesantiagodecuba in a trending tag, with the support of #hivecuba, through a challenge consisting of creating a chain of #Threads using the #inleo interface.

Like someone who is part of a timed game of chess, At another time, for a week, an initiative was carried out to encourage collaboration and support work between everyone. To this end, raising awareness of the importance of making quality and genuine comments on publications by other people involved in the challenge was encouraged.
From both screenings we learned about the importance of teamwork and the need to support others, all of which benefits everything related to our interactions in this interesting world of #hive.
I am sure there will be many more fun and challenging initiatives to come, for which I will show my full support.
I hope that these experiences are stimulating for you by continuing to promote everyone's growth.

Hola querida comunidad de #Hivelovers!

Recién descubrí esta comunidad y enseguida me animé a compartirles algo que me ha sucedido.
Les cuento que tengo el privilegio de formar parte de un grupo especial de hivers dirigida por @yecier donde, desde que llegamos allí, hemos sido recibidos con toda la empatía que uno pueda desear.

Aún no hemos podido reunirnos físicamente y por ello no me es posible tener fotografías en las que estemos todos juntos, por eso es que acá solo he puesto imágenes mías, pero anhelo sin dudas que se materialice pronto algún encuentro donde nos podamos abrazar.

Es la primera ocasión en que escribo acá en este espacio y por lo que he podido apreciar es una comunidad magnífica tal y como es el grupo del que les hablo, formado por muchachos de diversas provincias de #cuba, en su mayoría de Santiago de Cuba.
En honor a esta última provincia, y considerando que la mayoría de los hivers que les menciono son de allí, hemos apoyado recientemente una iniciativa del propio @yecier para demostrar a los nuevos integrantes en el grupo cómo es posible visibilizar una etiqueta, para lo cual ubicamos en trending tag a la etiqueta #hivesantiagodecuba, con el apoyo de #hivecuba, mediante un desafío consistente en elaborar una cadena de Threads utilizando para ello a la interface #inleo.

Como quien forma parte de un juego cronometrado de ajedrez, en otro momento, durante una semana, se llevó a cabo una iniciativa para fomentar la colaboración y el trabajo de apoyo entre todos. Para ello se estimuló el concientizar la importancia de realizar comentarios de calidad y genuinos a publicaciones de las demás personas implicadas en el reto.
De ambas proyecciones aprendimos sobre la importancia del trabajo en equipo y la necesidad de apoyar a los demás, todo lo cual repercute en beneficio de todo lo relacionado con nuestras interacciones en este interesante mundo de #hive.
Estoy seguro que vendrán muchas más iniciativas divertidas y desafiantes, a las que mostraré todo mi apoyo.
Espero que estas vivencias les resulte estimulantes a ustedes en virtud de continuar fomentando el crecimiento de todos.
