Just yesterday I was thinking about the rock band Disturbed, and there's one song that always makes me nostalgic. It's The Sound of Silence, and it comforts me in these times when melancholy grips me and I need to let go in order to smile. I'm sharing this song with you because, despite everything, it makes me feel #Aliveandthriving.
