If I could ask... / Hive-Reachout Weekly Prompt 40 [ENG/ESP]

Hello, beautiful community that lights up all #hive!

I don't know if it's because I come from a poor family, was raised by my grandmother through sacrifice, or because I've always been this way as a person; but prioritizing economics over human values ​​has never been something that defines me.
Since I was little, I believed in the need to help others, to give and share what I have without asking for anything in return. I dreamed of being a millionaire, or someone with great power, but only to have the ability to help all the poor in the world and thus largely eliminate the poverty and misery that surrounds us.

We live in a world where human beings have become alienated and selfish, where superficiality takes on greater value than lending a helping hand to those in need. Many "help others," but only to create an empty philanthropic image devoid of any genuine sincerity.

We find other people who practice lifestyles where they're supposed to set an example of possessing truly valuable characteristics through their dedication to others, yet their actions don't demonstrate this; quite the opposite.
Sometimes I envy those who still live in inhospitable places, far from civilization, surviving on what nature provides, without polluting it, working with it, and creating their own codes of community coexistence. They are more transparent, spontaneous, and capable of taking care of themselves without harming others.
I've just discovered this space and I think it's fantastic, which is why I'm encouraged to participate in this initiative, where we must respond to the supposed situation in which we could ask for any amount of money and it would be received without any interest. The topic sparks my curiosity, and that's why I'm motivated to participate.
If I could ask, I would truly ask for a world where war did not exist, where every human being had the same opportunities to develop their potential without having to maim anyone.

If I could… I would make it possible for the sick to have access to health care and healthcare; for children to smile happily, as do their parents and other family members; I would smile at those who hate me or harm me for no reason, or hate and harm others, I would open my arms and reach out to help them with whatever they needed.
On the other hand, I would elect better leaders for those countries that need it, and thus bring a smile to everyone without having to fake it. I would ask for so much and so little...
But here I'm asked to focus on asking for a specific amount of money I need and say what I would use it for.

Well, if I could really ask someone for help in this regard, I would ask for just enough to buy a computer with the necessary quality for my son to use in his university studies. My youngest son is studying for a degree in Mechanics and needs a high-performance computer, which is impossible for me to afford. For now, I can only hug him tightly, just as I hug you.

No sé si será porque provengo de una familia pobre, fui criado por mi abuela a través del sacrificio, o porque soy así como persona desde siempre; pero priorizar lo económico sobre los valores humanos nunca ha sido algo que me caracterice.
Desde pequeño creía en la necesidad de ayudar a los demás, entregarle y compartir lo que tengo sin pedir nada a cambio. Soñaba con ser millonario, o alguien con mucho poder, pero solo para tener la capacidad de ayudar a todos los pobres del mundo y de esa manera eliminar la pobreza y la miseria que nos rodea en gran medida.

Vivimos en un mundo donde el ser humano se ha convertido en alguien enajenado y egoísta, donde lo superficial cobra mayor valor que el brindar la mano a quien la necesite. Muchos “ayudan a otros”, pero solo para crear una imagen filantrópica vacía y carente de toda sinceridad genuina.
Encontramos a otras personas que practican estilos de vida donde supuestamente deberían dar el ejemplo de poseer características propias auténticamente valiosas en virtud de la entrega hacia los demás, y sus acciones no lo demuestran, sino todo lo contrario.
A veces envidio a quienes aún viven en lugares inhóspitos, alejados de la civilización, sobreviviendo con lo que la naturaleza les brinda, sin contaminarla, trabajándola y creando sus propios códigos de convivencia en comunidad. Son personas más transparentes, espontáneas y capaces de valerse por sí mismas sin hacer daño a los demás.
Recién acabo de descubrir este espacio y me parece fantástico, por ello me animo a participar en esta iniciativa donde debemos responder a la supuesta situación en la que podríamos pedir cualquier cantidad de dinero y sería recibida sin interés alguno. El tema, despierta curiosidad y de ahí mi ánimo a participar.
Si pudiera pedir, realmente pediría un mundo donde no existiera la guerra, donde cada ser humano tuviera las mismas oportunidades de desarrollo de su potencial sin tener que mutilar a nadie.

Si pudiera… haría posible que los enfermos tengan acceso a la salud y su cuidado; que los niños sonrían felices, al igual que sus padres y demás familiares; le sonreiría a quienes me odian o dañan sin razón, u odian y dañan a los demás, les abriría los brazos y daría la mano para ayudarles en lo que necesitaran.
Por otro lado, elegiría mejores gobernantes para aquellos países que lo necesitan y así lograr que la sonrisa llegue a todos sin necesidad de fingirla. Pediría tanto y tan poco…
Pero me solicitan acá que me centre en pedir una cifra de dinero que necesite en específico y diga en qué la usaría.

Pues bien, si de veras pudiera pedirle a alguien alguna ayuda al respecto, le pediría apenas lo suficiente para comprar una computadora con la calidad necesaria para que mi hijo la pueda usar en sus estudios universitarios. Mi hijo pequeño está estudiando la Licenciatura en Mecánica y necesita tener una computadora con prestaciones elevadas que me resulta imposible costear. Por ahora, solo puedo abrazarle fuerte, tal y como les abrazo a ustedes.
