My Father's Theory

My photo

When I was a child, my father once told me,
"Everything happens for a reason.”
I didn’t understand what he meant. It sounded like just a saying. But he called it his theory about life.
One day, I lost my favorite book. I cried and cried. My father looked at me and said "maybe it's gone so that something better can come.

It happened that a week later, my teacher gave me a new book. It became my favorite story ever. Just then, I remembered my father’s words.

As I grew older, I started to see what he meant. When things went wrong, when I failed, when I felt sad, i would stop and ask "is there a reason"? What can I learn?”
And now, I have my own theory: life is a teacher, and every moment is a lesson.”
It may not be in any textbook, but it helps me keep going.

Thanks for reading

@norberto1 I'm very sorry, I can't read and other language apart from English. And I don't have the translation application in my device.
If you'd be gracious to write it in English, I'd be so pleased.

Oh sir! I must say, I'm in love with this statement "...to give peace to give peace of mind to his BABY".
It's okay, sir. You are always welcome sir.

I'm pleased.
