Nepotism is wrong when there is long-term damage, but what if the long-term gain exceeds the short term ? I believe that there is always a good side to everything. Why should I work hard? In the end, the benefit stops with me. It is easy to go further when you have support; we should look at both sides of this. My thought is simple: nothing is entirely wrong or right.
Lovely thoughts you have shared by the way. Do have a lovely day!
