Before talking about Hive Power Up Day, or Power UP, it is interesting to talk about Hive Blockchain. Therefore, if you're looking for a truly decentralized network where a large portion of the tokens isn't concentrated in the hands of a single person or centered on a single user, Hive might be of interest to you.

It's interesting that it's decentralized, but what about the Hive Dapp Ecosystem? Honestly, Hive doesn't have as many applications as others, but it does have several categories with a certain diversity of applications. On the official Hive.io website, you can go to the ecosystem section, and at the bottom, there's information that more than 190 projects have already been built by the Hive community. Overall, the network has more than 14 games, 20 social dapps, 7 DeFi apps, various tools, sports apps, and video platforms.

Among the games, a well-known one is Splinterlands, one of the biggest web3 card games currently available. There's also a farming game called dCrops, a shooter called Crypto Shots, and its own gaming platform called Arcade Colony, with projects like a kart racing game called Moon Karts. The variety of games is quite large, as many players discovered Hive through Splinterlands.

Therefore, when you think about powering up, you could perhaps think about increasing your stake, or in financial terms, your exposure to Hive in general. You should note that after Bitcoin fell to around $65,000, other altcoins have suffered greatly, and unfortunately, the same is happening with Hive. Antes de falar sobre Hive Power Up Day, ou Power UP, é interessante falarmos sobre a Hive Blockchain. A Hive é uma rede blockchain bem descentralizada e a cada dia que passa ela tende a ficar mais e mais descentralizada porque a pool de recompensas da rede vai distribuindo os tokens de governância HIVE entre os participantes que criam conteúdo na rede, que fazem a curadoria dos conteúdos e também para os projetos que recebem fundos da "DAO da Hive" que é um sistema descentralizado de fundos da rede que apoia os projetos. Com isso, se você busca uma rede realmente descentralizada e que não tem grande parte dos tokens concentrados nas mãos de uma única pessoa ou tem como figura central um único usuário talvez a hive possa ser do seu interesse.

É interessante ser descentralizada, mas e como é o Ecossistema de Dapps da Hive? De forma honesta, a hive não é uma rede com muitos aplicativos como outras, mas ela tem diversas categorias, com uma certa diversidade de aplicativos. No site oficial Hive IO você pode ir na parte de ecossistema e na parte inferior tem uma informação que mais de 190 projetos já foram construídos pela comunidade da Hive. No geral a rede possui mais de 14 jogos, 20 dapps social, 7 DeFis, diversas ferramentas, aplicativos de sport e também plataformas de video.

Dentro dos jogos, um bem conhecido é o Splinterlands, que é um dos maiores jogos de cartas web3 da atualidade, temos também um jogo do gênero fazenda chamado dCrops, tem um shooter chamado Crypto Shots, tem também uma plataforma de jogos própria chamada Arcade Colony, com alguns projetos dentro dela como um jogo de Kart chamado Moon Karts. A variedade é bem grande nos jogos, já que foi através do Splinterlands que muitos jogadores acabaram conhecendo a hive.

Dessa forma, quando você pensa em power up, você poderia talvez pensar em estar aumentando a sua participação, ou em termos financeiros, a sua exposição à Hive no geral. Você deve observar que depois que o Bitcoin caiu para próximo de 65 mil dólares, as demais altcoins vem sofrendo muito e infelizmente o mesmo ocorre com a Hive, mas tem algo que a diferencia que é o seu núcleo em ter uma comunidade engajada e que continua ativa postando quando o token está baixo e quando o token está alto, independente do preço os posts continuam sendo enviado, os jogos continuam funcionando e as transações continuam sendo verificadas. É curioso que quando você pensa por essa perspectiva, a Hive pode ser analisada como uma rede social e uma plataforma de projetos e o HP acaba sendo uma forma de aumentar a sua influencia na rede. Já imaginou outras redes tendo essa possibilidade?

Depois de pensar sobre a hive nessa perspectiva, acredito que seja interessante aumentar a participação um pouco e já aproveitar e participar do terceiro Hive Power Up Day de 2026. É engraçado porque eu tinha feito um power up pequeno, mas depois acabei me lembrando e completei para chegar nos 10 HP, que é a participação mínima para conseguir a badge do evento. Acredito que no momento de baixa seja melhor para participar e aumentar o HP do que na alta, como diria a frase "comprar na baixa", mas é justamente nesses momentos que as pessoas congelam. A minha sugestão para quem idealizou o evento e para os usuários é que seria interessante se fosse contabilizado power ups ao longo do mês também para a contagem porque dessa forma não precisa estar para o primeiro dia do mês e o usuário já aproveita o power up aumentado.
