My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2025

Taking a walk around my office as part of my steps yesterday. It's been hotter than usual this week with "feels like" Temps up over 100. If you take a close look at this photo you can see some squirrels trying to stay cool.

Basically, one of the ways they do this I laying spread eagle on the ground on their stomachs. Concrete in the shade is slightly cooler so it makes for a good location.
