That artwork is superb and creatively made, accomplishment is a matter of dedication, and when it's not put, result won't come out like it supposed to, and for a person that understand and follow it, will achieve whatsoever they want. Happy Sunday.

I am not so sure they will achieve 'whatsoever they want' but they will achieve more than would have without self discipline to be sure.
