Reminder: Today is Hive Power Up Day!

It's HPUD (Hive Power Up Day)
Today's date is 2026-06-01 and if you frequent the Hive Blockchain to any degree at all I think you know what that means. That's right, it's #hivepowerupday or for short #hpud. I don't have much liquid Hive but what I do have will be powered up today. Looking at my wallet I have roughly 140 Hive Power. Which is equal to about $8.40 USD worth of Hive Tokens. Not a massive amount. Regardless of the amount any powerup is a good powerup. Today's post isn't much of a post at all. I just wanted to get a short message out to those who read the @rentmoney blog as a reminder about HPUD. I frequently forget myself and have been reminded numerous times through the posts of others. Of course powering up isn't restricted to the 1st of every month. If you are stumbling upon this post at any point at all and want to power up some Hive Tokens --- Feel free to do just that. My future Hive Token goals: I am going to keep it open ended and simply state that I want more. I'll be venturing back into the world of poker after a short month or two break. Ultimately my first venture back has been a fail on the financial aspect but a giant win in the information gathering front. In-short, I kick my play into overdrive too soon. In the past I had lots of success with such a model but poker evolves and I have to evolve with it. I'll be doing a slow burn this time and playing micro 50/50 double ups with the remainder of my Poker Balance which sits at below $30 USD. Our first venture with doing so will be tomorrow. I have a busy few days coming up so I will start slow with playing just five double ups a day. Next week I will increase that amount to ten.
