25000 Hive Power Reached

Looking at my wallet I noticed my Hive Power has reached and slightly surpassed 25,000 Hive Power. This has me doing some reminiscing. With the current value and landscape of the now evolved Hive Blockchain - earning the Hive Token is easier than ever. Lets breakdown what I mean by that. If we take our two most recent posts earnings; $7.22 for the post, Collecting ZING Rewards & Adding To the Liquidity Pool, and $4.66 for the post, The Journey To Gold, we will see that a gross total of 202 Hive Tokens were earned (roughly). Those post haven't hit payout yet so they are still subject to the mechanics of the chain. Now there can be many different view points about those amounts. Most focus on the USD worth. If we calculate time spent on posts and simply go by the USD worth earned one might conclude a person in a first world country would be better off working a minimum wage job. I would argue those are the exact mindsets we want to avoid rewarding.

Hive is what you make it

The Hive Blockchain is many things as defined by my definition of such (I'll leave my definition of Hive near the end of this post). One of those things is a Blog site which I equate to an arm of Social Media in the same market-space as media giants as Facebook, X, and Reddit. The average person is not earning from places like Facebook --- EVERYONE has the ability to earn on the Hive Blockchain from the get go - and that is amazing. I got off track there a little. Lets get back to that original thought "With the current value and landscape of the now evolved Hive Blockchain - earning the Hive Token is easier than ever". Now evolved? What do I mean by that? Well - as with everything Hive evolves as the years go on. Hive started with one blog site but that is no longer the case. Currently the Hive Blockchain has many notable front-ends to blog from. One can create content in the form of long form posts (blogs) or short form content similar to X or what you might find on Facebook. Such front-ends as Inleo - Peakd - Ecency and Hive.Blog occupy the Hive Blockchain. Gaming - the Hive Blockchain has that to. In-short those who frequent the Hive Blockchain has more options for potential earnings than ever. Making earning easier than ever.

Capitalize on the current landscape

Because of the dipping Hive Price less are capitalizing on the Reward Pool. Meaning less are creating content for rewards. This means it is easier to get your content noticed. The time to post quality content is now. This is when you get noticed and build a core base of followers. This is when the whales who stick it out with the network will take note of you. If you are focusing on the $0.10, $0.50, $1.00, ect. that your post might be earning you are focusing on the wrong part. It's the Hive Token you are after not the USD worth. It's the followers and views you want to be focusing on as they bring what comes after. This brings me back full circle to the 202 Hive Tokens my two most recent posts made. 202 Hive tokens is nothing to sneeze at. I'll happily add that to my bag and do so with a smile. When I first started taking Hive seriously my goal was to earn one Hive a day. There was a like-minded poster that did the same. We both joked that if we combine our post earnings - at the end of the week we could purchase a happy meal. It was said in jest -> we continued on and you should do the same. Accumulate through the way of posting. Hive is more than the USD worth you can collect. Knowledge can be gained here. Business experience can be gained here. A community can be gained here and whatever else you can put your mind to can be gained here.

I managed to collect one of my daily rewards yesterday but I hope to collect all three today. I got some time this A.M. to get some battles in so lets see if I can at least collect one of those three daily rewards that can be found in Ranked play before doing some adulting (is that even a word?). Currently I'm playing in the Frontier mode and I hope to kick some virtual ass while doing so - lets get to it :)

Victory was ours - we kicked some virtual ass. Well - we kicked some virtual ass for the most part. That first four wins came easy enough. Sure there was loss and a draw in there but we expected to get bruised a little in the fight for GOLD. The fifth and final win though -- let us not talk about that. That one took some time but with patience we managed to collect our first daily reward. We are in Gold ll at the moment so that means one Frontier Pack and three draw entries (Black Foil cards -- Heck Yeah!).
