Hmm I don't have the habit of setting goals because it stresses me out sometimes. And sometimes, not everything is within my control. For me, I think it's good enough if I am making progress (be it big or small) each day and getting better with what I do. :)

We are all different and I believe it's not bad to do things the way we fell most comfortable with or at least less stressed :-).
