Guild Brawls With Pizza 2 - 250 Brawls With PIZZA 2!

Time flies! Just completed the 250th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!

• Fun In The Discord Chats

Really appreciated the interaction in the Discord chats within the Pizza guilds. During the preparation phase, there's a lot of information sharing and discussion on who to fill each fray. During the brawls, there were reminders to members to complete their brawl battles. And after the brawls, there were celebratory messages and some members (including me) would write about our experience in the brawls. Aside from brawls, I thought the donations were also very well organised and tabulated, with lucky draws to incentivise donors as well.

• Moving Back To Bronze Fray

Had 7 battles this time and it was not an easy round, especially when they have recently introduced 3 rulesets for each battle. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days.

• We Got 7th!!!

So for the final result, we were 7th out of 9 guilds and got 300 Merits and around 8 SPS! A good bag of SPS! Who knows how much one SPS would go to in this market?

Individually, I had 7 fights this time and I won 5 of them this time! Finished 3rd within the guild. Due to change in format, wins are actually awarded to the players present in the fray if guilds decided to skip the fray. For this round, there were 1 additional wins for me.

Battle 1 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Sola Ranjell

This was a tricky one where both teams put similar cards in the lineup. However the difference in this one was Sola Ranjell and the healing ability was crucial in unlocking this stalemate battle which lasted 7 rounds.

Battle 2 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Trapp Falloway

Thaddius Brood combined with Trapp Falloway to reduce 2 HP across my opponent's entire lineup and this made it very easy for the team. Trapp Falloway is indeed a force for Little League battles.

Battle 3 - LOSE

Gladius Card Used: Witch Of Warwick

Oh well, it's the dreaded Quora Towershead again. As much as I tried my best, I wasn't able to deal with her in this one.

Battle 4 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Relenor Cleaver

Wow what a masterclass performance from Axemaster! My opponent used my favourite summoner Astral Entity against me and I had to deal with a double Martyr boosted Cursed Windeku. It was tough to land the hits but fortunately Axemaster was so consistent in dealing 4 damage per round and it was enough to get the win in time.

Battle 5 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Larissa Kerato

Right from the start I knew which card would be the MVP. Aves Sturgis with its Weapons Training was awesome, and even though we were up against Quora Towershead again, the extra mana quota we had meant we had more options and I was definitely with this perfect 6-0 win.

Battle 7 - LOSE

Gladius Card Used: Larissa Kerato

I was outfought in this one. I had Chaos Dragon but my opponent had it too. I had Larissa Kerato but my opponent had it too. In the end, they just had more Legendary cards to edge out the win.

MVP: None

So that sums up my 7 battles for this brawl! 71% win rate this time, pretty decent this time! Let's keep fighting PIZZA 2!
