FigureAI announced in Sunnyvale that its robots are operating 24/7 using local AI. In videos recorded by CEO Brett Adcock himself, a fleet of seven Figure 03 robots appear circulating through the company's facilities. Six white units, one dark gray, alternating between active locomotion and working positions.

No show, no choreography, the goal is another, continuous autonomy. According to the company, the robots already operate in a fully automated replacement cycle based on battery telemetry, when the charge goes low, the robot navigates itself to the docking station, another receives a digital signal and immediately assumes the active position, without operator, without technician, without any human nearby.

Charging is carried out by induction directly through the feet with a power of up to 2 kW. A full charge takes about an hour and if a unit presents a failure, it moves alone to an inspection area while another takes over the function. Said like this, it seems simple, but it is not, because keeping a fleet running continuously requires something much more complex than an isolated robot executing a task, it requires systemic coordination.

FigureIA calls this approach software 2.0, the new Heluxe architecture replaces tens of thousands of lines of manual code with artificial neural networks that control balance and coordination, that is, fewer fixed rules, more learning and the infrastructure is growing at the same speed. The company now occupies five buildings in Sunnyvale and is accelerating construction of the Boat factory with a planned initial capacity of 12,000 units per year and a future goal of 100,000.

But as real robots begin to work non-stop, a new problem arises, because when technology advances too quickly, the internet has to become even faster.
