Have you ever noticed that your happy memories fade away quickly? But the painful ones stay in your memory for a long time or even for many years and this is unusual, and it is because sometimes you will not remember anything, such as a happy moment, but you will remember when you were embarrassed or something happened that caused you a lot of pain and this is a peculiar aspect of our brain, as it stores pain for an extended period We still don't know why this happens.

Our brain protects us a lot. So whenever any painful thing happens, our brain takes it seriously and stores it carefully in its memory. On the inside, there is not that much danger or risk of enjoyment. Happy moments are good, but are not usually required. If there is any painful movement for survival, which has made you feel very bad, then the brain stores it carefully because it feels that it is dangerous, or it is a scary thing which you should remember, or it affects you later.

No matter how the pain is, whether emotional or physical. The brain takes a lot of signals from a song that something is going to go wrong or something dangerous. That's why the brain takes it seriously and stores it so that next time, if something like this happens in a certain place, then the pain or the thing that happened last time will be remembered so that we don't repeat that mistake and that's why we always remember every mistake that we make, because we learn from our mistakes and that's why remembering mistakes is also a very good thing, because if you remember a mistake, then whatever mistake happens to you in the future, you will remember that you have made this mistake before, so you will be able to be careful in that, and you will be able to get out of that situation easily.

Another reason is that we remember pain more deeply because it has a lot of emotional attacks. Whenever you have pain, you get a strong feeling. All these emotions of sadness, anger, fear and regret make your memory more powerful, so whenever you get hurt by something, because you start thinking about it again and again, a signal goes to your brain that you are thinking about this thing again and again. That is why you store it carefully in one place, so that you always remember that thing. On the other hand, you do not remember those happy moments as much because we often forget happy moments or we often ignore them, because so much badness keeps entering our minds. That is why we forget happy moments.

There is also something called negative things in a physiological sense, which means that negative things affect you more than positive things, so whenever something good happens to you, then you forget it quickly, but if someone insults you or someone beats you, then you remember that thing again and again. This is a part of human nature, so due to this, we can become more negative because if our mind gives importance to negative things, then it will become more negative, and we will also have problems in making future decisions because we always think about negativity.

But I believe that if you can control your brain, then always remember your happy moments because if you ever have a time like an a hard time or depression and you have more negativity, then you should remember all those things or then do something positive like looking at happy pictures of all those good moments in your mobile, because photos are such a thing that when you see them, you will remember that whole moment. That is why I also always do this. I always take photos of whatever happy moments or good moments happen. I take photos and store them. Whenever I feel that there is too much negativity inside me, then I look at those photos which give me positive energy because I remember everything that I did at that time or did it at the right time, which was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed doing it.

At the end, I would like to say that it is true that our mind remembers more about the pain, but not the good moment, but if we learn to control it and understand it. If we remove the negative thoughts, then we will also start having a good time. For this, you will have to do meditation. You will have to control your mind. You will have to do yoga so that your mind remains fresh. If there is no negativity in your mind, then all these things are good if you have a lifestyle. You will have less negativity because a good lifestyle and a balanced lifestyle always remind you of positive things. After all, when your mind is free and stable, and it is not cluttered with unnecessary thoughts, then your mind responds very well and always stays away from negativity.
