In today's era, where technology has become so advanced, we have achieved so much. Many new features have emerged, and earlier, newspapers were the only source from which we used to know all the news and what was happening in the world. We used to know all that, so today there is a lot of replacement for all this. Like Google has its news portal or we get so much news from websites or nowadays we also listen to news on TV, so the value of newspaper in today's date or we can say that the newspapers which were read earlier, are not read as much today because we have got so many new ways of knowing the news that we could pick up the phone and sitting at home find out any news of any country or any city.

The other reason is the work of a newspaper in the market. Digital media has grown so much in our lives today that we have forgotten to read newspapers and have forgotten that newspapers were a very big source in the past. Today we read or watch the news on TV, phones or laptops because we find it easier, because people have very little time today. So if they don’t have enough time to read the entire newspaper, they read the news briefly or watch it. If they watch it on digital media, there are many options available today. That is why the value of newspapers today is not the same as before, or we can say it is the same as it was earlier.

Today's youth find reading newspapers very boring because there is no newspaper to read all the time, so they mostly read something else or watch videos on YouTube, which have more content. They watch podcasts. Watch live updates. They do not follow detailed news and ignore reading the newspaper. In the olden days, people used to read only newspapers, from which their complete news came, or there used to be a radio, but the radio used to be very expensive at that time. Therefore, the newspaper was the only source, so in the olden days, newspaper was read more, and therefore, the value of newspapers was also very high at that time. Sometimes, just a couple of newspapers served entire villages for the whole village, so that thing was very valuable.

But I will not believe that newspapers will be finished because even today many people read newspapers like UPSC aspirants or people who are preparing for government jobs, reading newspapers is very important for them because newspapers contain news with all the details in a proper manner, so those people read newspapers and today there are big companies like The Times of India or Economics Times, all these are newspapers which are very big companies even today. They also have a very good turnover, so it is not that newspapers will be finished. But I believe that newspapers will become like a forgotten tradition in the next 10 to 12 years. Because there will be no one to read them after that.

Despite this change, newspaper holds a huge value even today, and everyone gives them a lot of respect because whatever is written in them is written in proper detail. In today's digital media, everyone is fast. That's why we tell in the news very quickly what happened in the news and the things that have started to deteriorate in the news are that digital media always knows by casting a live part that whatever news has come, it comes on TV within 1 hour and the same newspaper brings it the next morning, so we already know what happened and what will come in tomorrow's morning newspaper, so this thing is a huge degradation that the newspaper has a delay in publishing and the digital media has a very good time.
