The Silent Teacher That Shapes Who You Become
You'll hear many people say that your real life begins when you enter corporate life. That's when you'll get the experience you've gained, and this was true when I started my internship. I understood why quality work gives you life experience, and that's because of the things you're not taught in college—how to handle everything, how to organize all your work, how to manage time, how to handle emails, and how to attend endless meetings—all from a single cubicle. It's just a small thing. It will teach you a wide range of things. It will change your habits, your mindset, and your communication style and even increase your patience. It's always been observed that people who enter corporate life experience significant behavioral changes.

When we were in college, we didn't think so much about being on time or attending classes on time. But now we're in a world where time is a very important factor. Time is everything. It's crucial to be on time and do everything on time. So, as a college student, you don't like being late. You might even be 10-15 minutes late. But that's not acceptable in the corporate world. In the corporate world, you have to be there within the allotted time; otherwise, you'll be fined or dismissed, which is very bad. Therefore, the first thing a cooperative bank will teach you is time management. This isn't a scale; it's survival. How can we manage time, how do we time everything, how do we reach the office desk, what time do we wake up, what time do we go to the office, and what time do we leave the house? The cooperative world can help us understand all these things.
The second best thing I've seen, and I've felt it myself, is that your communication becomes incredibly powerful. When you're sitting in a cooperative place where everyone is decent and professional, I'm communicating with you. Your communication skills will also improve. When you speak professionally, send professional emails, or confidently present your ideas in a meeting, you'll understand why confidence and communication are important. Once you've developed them, and your communication skills become excellent, you'll realize how much they help you in life. Communication is everything. When you're sitting in an interview and they ask you some unusual question, your communication skills become crucial. You'll need to qualify them. You'll need to explain them. That's why you're the best choice. Communication is the key to success.

When I first joined my company, I had a big question: there are so many people and such a large system, so how do people interact with each other, how do they live with each other, and how can they complete their projects? Because each person has a different mind, and there will be blenders everywhere. Then I realized that teamwork plays a huge role. When you work with someone in a team, you understand how important a team is. A good manager is one who works with his team and who treats everyone as a friend, not as a junior. When you consider someone such a friend and such a great colleague and start taking that history, then you realize how beautiful it is. How can you complete all the projects quickly and on time through teamwork?
Deadlines, targets, client work, and constant meetings play a major role in cooperative life. You have to learn all this. You have to teach it. How to handle pressure. How to not do everything on time. This is just the beginning. When I first started, I was under a lot of pressure because I was worried that if I was given a task and I couldn't complete it, I might get scolded. I was also very confident. Then gradually, as I took client calls one by one, I matched the side headlines one by one, and I also met all the targets. Confidence gained appreciation, and then I realized that I could do it. And that's where it all started. When I first received appreciation, appreciation was a very good thing. When you get it, you gain confidence, and with confidence, you'll get everything right.

The corporate world also teaches you management when you get your first salary. Then you understand how to spend this salary because till then you were living on your father's money. When you start earning your own money, then you understand how important money is, and when you earn money by going to work every day for a month, then you understand how good and important it is. Money and money management. Then you understand that when you invest somewhere good, when your own bills increase, rent increases, and all taxes increase, then whatever is left, you make your monthly budget, and while saving, you plan for interest investment. You learn all these things in a cooperative way.
Finally, I'll say that cooperative work is essential for everyone because it shapes you as a boy and a person. Once you start a cooperative and enter the world of cooperation, your behavior, your communication style, your money management, your adaptability, networking, relationship leadership, the art of dealing with pressure, teamwork, patience, and emotional control will all improve. The most important thing for achieving great things in life is communication. It's something you can use to impress anyone. You can carve out a niche for yourself in any field, and that's what I consider a good thing. What I love about communication is that whether you achieve something or not, you learn how to communicate effectively and efficiently. How to communicate professionally face-to-face. You'll definitely be taught all of this in the cooperative world.
