The Silent Battles We Fight When No One Is Watching
There are some days when we sleep very heavily. We get exhausted. We don't get complete sleep and we have dreams which make us feel that we are not very smart. We become very de-motivated. We don't feel like doing any work. We feel as if why are we here? We start giving up. We start fighting with ourselves that we can't do anything. We get a very strange feeling because our work is not getting done. We feel strange because nothing is happening. We are stuck in the same loop. So many days it happens that we would like to do something but there is something that we don't do. We stay motivated.
When I feel that I am not here, I am in such a stage of giving up, then what do I do? I close my eyes. I remember the moment when I showed all this to the team. Then I get a spark. Excitement, that pure hope gets excited. I say again that I can do this. This causes a lot of disappointment. I get very exhausted. We all are like this, but I always remember all those things that give me a little happiness and push me a little forward because these are the things that inspire us to move ahead and we must study ahead, after seeing everything.
The second thing that I do is that I punch myself to absorb every feeling and whenever something like this happens, I cry a lot. I scream and I always punch the wall, so that my emotions come out. Yes, this punching-the-wall thing is not a good thing. You may feel this but it has become a habit of mine that whenever I get very angry or I don't have any work to do, I punch the wall so that all my anger comes out on the wall because they don't have any feelings and if it comes out on a human, then it can be a very bad thing. So I mostly do all these things on a non-living thing. I throw my puppy. If I am very angry, I hit something or even slap myself a lot, so I mostly do all these things.
If you are getting so demotivated then the best thing is to take a break and travel, be it anywhere because traveling is such a thing that will give you a completely fresh mind and you will always feel new because you will get to see new places in traveling. There will be no tension of work for 5-6 days and neither will you have any reminder of anything, you will work like anything. Then keep your mind calm for 5 days, travel, and enjoy, which will reset your mind. You will start feeling good. Your motivation will start coming back, so you should always do all these things because if you keep working all the time, it will not happen. No, because everything is not achieved by working hard all the time. Your mind also needs rest. Your brain is functioning hard, so it also needs rest. That is why sometimes traveling or taking a short trip is also a very good thing, because it keeps you motivated. Your mind gets reset. You like that feeling very much.
Another thing is talking to someone very special to you like your best friend, childhood friend, talk to all these people. Share your problem with them. Have you not found a solution to your problem, but you will have a thought in your mind that yes, if you feel like talking to someone, then he will go away. He may not find any solution to the problem, but your mind will become very calm because if you talk to someone, you will tell him everything, then your feelings will also go away with you. After all, if you do not talk to anyone. If you suppress your feelings, then it is a terrible thing because it can also affect your health, so talking to someone is a very good thing, and talking to a special person like if you have a girlfriend or a very best friend, then it is a very good thing to share your problems with him. If your friend will also give you a fuck, then that is also good for you. If he does work for one more minute, then all that seems very good to him, is different. If someone gives good advice then all these things are very good.
At the end, I would like to say this. Motivation is not always about what feeling you have. It is always about never doubting yourself. You should never be cute. All these things happen. To stay motivated, you must fight. Fight again and again because if you don't fight, you will always remain demotivated. Eventually, you will lose. If you keep fighting, then maybe a time has come when you will win. If you feel like working, then you should never be alone. Stay with someone. Speak to him or her, do something that makes you feel good, either go for a walk or do something that motivates you. Your mind should never be upset because all these things affect your health no matter how much money you earn, if your health is not good, then where will you go with the money these are the things that make your health feel good. Staying Happy is the Best Key to Healthy Staying Healthy Laughing is always the best thing.
