Doctors always tell people to eat food, and this is the most important thing because of the variety of benefits that fruits have; you will not get them by eating any other food nor any medicine. We consider fruits to be the best food, and doing this, all the athletes and all the people consider eating fruits to be the most important food for their stamina and recovery.

Fruits work as a color in our body. Whenever there is a deficiency of any of these things in your body, then you start consuming fruits for that. Suppose you are deficient in vitamin C; then you should eat oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. This will give you a lot of vitamin C, and it will boost your immune system. If I talk about myself personally, I like eating fruits a lot, and I eat one fruit every morning because by eating these fruits, I don't feel tired. My digestive system is getting better. It is improving a lot. When I used to not eat fruits, I used to have a lot of digestive issues. But since I woke up in the morning and started eating four bananas, a little orange, and two apples. Since then I started seeing a lot of difference in myself. If I am eating fruits daily, then it is giving me a lot of benefits, like when I lock my headphones, the tone of the screen has become a little brighter. There is no dance on my face, and I start seeing less and the stamina in my body, and I used to get tired quickly; that has stopped happening. I am feeling good in my body.

Many people love sweets. They can't control their sweet tooth. Therefore, fruit is the best option for them. First and foremost, fruit appeals to them due to its sweetness. Secondly, this sweetness is natural, whereas the sugar we eat is very harmful because it can cause obesity, diabetes, and other problems. This is not a beneficial thing, because after this, you will start getting many diseases. Your stomach will start bloating. Your weight will start increasing rapidly. Eating sugar is very bad. If you start eating fruits instead, then the craving for fruits will come from there itself.

A whole bowl of fruits with yogurt will taste very good and tasty, and it will be so sweet that you will not feel like eating sweets the whole day. This is a good thing because the craving for sweets is also solved, and the problem in your body will be solved. By eating fruits, you will have a lot of energy throughout the day. You will be able to work more effectively, and your sleep will also be good because eating fruits provides antioxidants to your mind, due to which your mind remains calm and you do not feel much stress. These are the small things due to which fruits will make you much better.

Fruits are a boon for those who have heart problems or blood pressure issues, because fruits like apples and oranges contain a lot of potassium, which is very helpful in keeping your blood pressure normal, and fruits like berries, apples, and grapes are packed with antioxidants, and all these things improve your blood circulation, due to which the chances of your having a heart attack become very low, and all this is very important because in today's time, maximum people are dying due to heart attacks. Therefore, you should eat fruits as much as possible because the anti-oxidation in fruits will improve your blood pressure. Everything will improve, due to which your future will be pure, and by doing all these things, you will understand.

Finally, I'd like to say that eating fruits is highly recommended and good for your health. Ask any doctor, and they'll always tell you to eat fruits, saying they act as natural medicine, and if you eat fruits daily, you won't need to take medicine. There's a famous saying, "An apple a day keeps a doctor away." This means that eating an apple every day will ward off illness and prevent you from having to visit a doctor. These are small things that will be incredibly beneficial. Eating grapes or bananas will provide you with a wealth of antioxidants. You must have noticed that people who go to the gym or work out eat bananas because they're high in proteins and vitamins. Fruits provide everything you need, so I highly recommend eating fruits, and I myself eat a lot of them.
