One thing is common in every Indian household. A cup of tea. Be it a small shop in a small lane or a corporate office in a big city, tea finds its place in every place. In India, tea is not just a beverage. It is a conversation starter. Whether it is a guest coming home or getting lost in old memories, everything seems incomplete without tea. Let's go drink tea. This is not just a line but an innovation. When friends meet in college, it is a matter of conversation and bonding. They make long-term plans sitting at the tea stall. A cup of tea during an office break is the only thing that takes away the status quo for a while. Be it the elders of the house or the young generation, everyone has some special memories associated with tea.

The tea craze is not just in the city. It is in every village. The villagers meet at the crossroads early in the morning, hand has a newspaper in one hand. The other has a hot cup of tea in a clay pot. The fragrance of the clay pot and the taste of the tea together give an experience that cannot be got from any fancy copy brand. The taste of Indian tea is so rich and deep that once you drink it, it becomes difficult to leave it.

If we talk about tea and do not mention masala tea, then the discussion remains incomplete and Ginger tea, cardamom tea, basil tea, lemon tea, green tea, the list never ends. Every state has its flavour, its style. Whether it is the strong tea of Assam or the light flavour of Darjeeling, there is a different story hidden in the fully charged tea, and the special thing in the morning is that people make the tea even more special by adding their flavour to it. Some like more ginger. Some want less milk. Some want Strong. Now everyone has their own choice, but the love is the same.

Have you ever thought about the first thing that comes to mind during the rainy season? Hot tea and Gram flour fritters, those raindrops and a sip of tea under a roof, it is a different kind of pleasure. Whether it is preparing for an exam, working all night or sharing your heart out with someone, everything is made easy. With tea, every difficult thing seems light.

At night, when the whole house becomes quiet and a lonely person is sitting on the balcony drinking tea. Then tea becomes a friend. Tea is the one who listens to everything silently, does not ask anything, and just accompanies. For many people, tea is an expression of the past. For some, it is writer's fuel, and for some, a break from reality. When the heart is full, it has to reach the brain, which refreshes.

In India, making tea is also a process. Everyone has their unique style, and some crush ginger and add it first. Some boil the milk first. Some want it strong, some mild, add cardamom and boil it lovingly, while some boil it again and again so that the taste becomes deeper. There are so many feelings in a small cup. Only a tea lover can understand this.

And the best thing about tea is that it is the bridge between the rich and the poor. Be it a five-star hotel or a roadside tea stall, both places have their flavour of tea. On one side are premium blends. On the other side is the wide variety of cutting tea. The taste of both is different, but the reason behind both is the same. Comfort, satisfaction and an emotional connection.

The love for tea is not limited to adults only. Nowadays, the younger generation is also making tea. Exporting new forms of it. Bubble tea, spicy herbal tea, everything is becoming popular. But still, the greatest satisfaction is given by the old ginger tea, which is brewed by our mother. Even today, when someone comes to our door asking for a cup of tea, only one voice comes from the heart. Yes, because there is nothing more joyful than serving tea and when that person takes the first cup of tea, then it is amazing, it is made delicious, and then one feels that their day is made. Making tea is a lesson, and it has an emotional feeling.
