In today’s world, where there is high-speed pressure and nonstop busyness, there is one thing that is always with us and always stands by us. Whenever we have any problem, then we have to solve it in our mind, and then it always stands for us in one place. That is nature, but we have been ignoring it. Until one day we need it so much. Till then we do not give it much importance. It has always stood like a rock for us. Whenever we have any problem, if we have to go somewhere to sit in a quiet place and sleep, then we go somewhere under a tree. That is why we always feel that nature is such a thing that works as a second mother for us.

Everything in the world is moving very fast. Fast emotions, fast success, but when we sit amidst nature and meditate, then life feels really slow and peaceful. Doing anything fast is not that much fun. When you are sitting peacefully at one place, not in any hurry. If you have a purpose in life and sit in such peace, then you understand that life is not as bad as we think. We get a feeling by sitting peacefully and thinking and doing one thing, which is not available from any meditation app, and then we feel that if we really want to live life or live life properly, then we can live a lot in it.

If I talk about myself personally, I really enjoy it. Sitting with nature, going to the mountains, going to the beach. Sitting in quiet places, even if there's noise, I enjoy it very much. Since childhood, I've been conditioned to feel completely comfortable at home, and I never feel that way. Sometimes, when I sit alone for three hours, I just put on headphones and feel it. The fragrance of the air, the smell of the soil. If there were swings there, I would swing on them. I still enjoy them. I used to play there. I played football. I played cricket. I enjoyed it so much that I didn't even enjoy attending a good coaching class or visiting a nice place. Therefore, being with nature and being involved in nature is very important today.

And you are the most important thing, which I like the most. Whenever I am near the downstairs, I notice one thing. I never use my phone that much. Yes, I play songs, but apart from that, I don't see social media or all those things, and I realize this myself when I am here, sitting in some program or sitting on the side of a river. Then I automatically feel that no friend, the phone should not be taken out here. I should sit peacefully, and this is a kind of detox for my digital life, and I do not even realize it, and this keeps happening to me, so I say, "This is such a good thing," and nowadays we have become so into screens that we cannot stay connected without digital.

In today's world where everything demands perfection, be it a perfect body or a perfect waist or perfect social media, be it live, a perfect reply, or super profitable behavior, you are with that person and are doing it with that person. Even if you do not follow that person that much, everything is extra clean. Some are perfect. Some branches are curved. Some are broken. But it never treats any such people or anyone with respect, and this is the thing I like about nature. Whenever you need help below. What is your problem below? And in today's date, we are spoiling the below only, and these are very bad things. I often see that these people pollute wherever they go. I mean, suppose. If we go to the mountain, there is plastic there.
