How Cooperative Life Improved My Routine and Confidence

A few days ago, I stepped into the world of cooperatives. While doing an internship, I wanted to see what cooperative life was like, where people worked from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and what a 9-to-5 job looked like. I understood how people worked, how the company ran, and what rules each person followed. It was a great experience, and it was an internship. But it was a very good and amazing experience, because we were taught so much. We learned about everything and many other things, including how the rules are divided. Some are in tech, some in management, and others are everywhere, so how are they divided? Who makes these rules? What are the rules of cooperative life? I noticed a lot and learned a lot of new things.

The first week was really bad because I wasn't used to waking up and catching the metro. Then I had to change one more metro. Then I got to the office, and I had to be on time because I was very punctual. It took me a week to get used to it all, because I was the kind of person who would stay up late, and in the morning I used to get up from bed, so it took me a lot of time to get used to all this because this habit does not get resolved quickly, and our body also has to adapt to it. My body was functioning according to a different system, and for the first time in my life, I saw how meetings are conducted. How we had to get things done in the meetings and what all things we had to learn from them—all this was a very new experience but a very amazing experience because you will understand some things only after going there and being in ground reality. No teacher, school, or anything else can teach you. You will have to learn that only after going there.

And the thing that improved me the most was that my communication style, my presentation style, and my appearance completely changed. Before, I couldn't converse so well. But today, I can speak so much. I've improved a lot. Another thing was my dressing. I'd never done so many formal panels before, but in the last three or four months, I've gotten so used to wearing formals. Because in every cooperative, there's a fixed rule that you have to wear formals, so I got used to wearing formals. Formal is actually very comfortable and nice.

I think formals can be a very boring thing. But if you style it well, it's the best thing. And that's the third thing. It is how you are able to present yourself, and before this I was not able to understand how to present myself. Earlier I wanted to say that presenting yourself is also a very important thing. In which position do you have to sit? How to stand, how to talk. All these things are also taught to you there. You can learn. You will learn on your own when you start going there regularly. Then you will learn how a thief talks and how a person uses the handset. How a child converses with someone, how he styles his hands—so I noticed that all these small things are very important things.

Confidence is something I lacked, and I'm overconfident because I used to think I couldn't achieve anything. But since I did an internship and worked at a company, my confidence has grown. I now understand that I'll never forget what I learned in five months. These little things I learned from the internship are huge. Regardless of when I received the money, whatever I learned was incredibly valuable and fun. No teacher, no YouTuber, or even an outsider could have taught me such things. I should have gone and learned how to learn them. How people talk with confidence, how corporates approach people, and what style they have. Confidence is also a part of how you speak and how confident you feel. So, I learned all of these things there.

Finally, I'd like to say that cooperative life is something everyone should consider. Whether it's your business or just for a short while, you should go there because it teaches you things you won't learn anywhere else—confidence style, representative style—and it's also a lot of fun because there's not much work. As such, you don't have to do much work. You'll just have to do small tasks. So you will get a lot of time to talk to someone, improve your talking style, how you talk in such a way, in which style you sit, and improve everything. Improve your password. Improve your routine. This is an important thing. When you are working in a company, your routing gets improved automatically because you go away from time to time. This will be useful for you even if you are not working in a cooperative. It will be useful for you even if you have your own business, so all these things will be very useful for you and will support you a lot in your future life.
