In today's time, where there are so many types of processed food and junk food, or, you can say, so many types of food that cause cancer and many other diseases, healthy living is very important there. Because when you eat any processed food for a long time, for example, a packet of chips, it is so processed that it does not get spoiled for 1 year. Then you can imagine how many chemicals are added in it, so by eating junk food, your energy gets reduced. Your health problem becomes serious. If you eat too many chips in the long term, then you face such problems in the long term.
If you live a healthy lifestyle, then you would have had many positive things, like eating vegetables, eating whole grains, and taking protein. All this improves your body a lot and makes you healthy for the long term, due to which what will happen? When you grow old, the pain in your knees or the problem while walking—all this will not happen. Today, people from charity do not get the required protein intake. Due to this, you will see how many old people are unable to walk. They need the support of a wheelchair, or they always have pain in their knees. They have some or the other problem while sleeping, so if you keep your lifestyle healthy, then they will not have so many problems.
Being healthy doesn't mean that you can't have all these things. Eating is okay, but eating beyond limit is a big problem. I see so many people eating four packets of chips a day. There is so much palm oil and grease in each chip. You know how many problems it causes and how many side effects it causes in the body. After that you drink all this and then drink coke. How much problem it gives to people. In today's time you don't even know because you drink it at a high rate, so you don't get to know. But something that is very problematic is that people also get kidney stones. There is a lot of such news. There are many reports today that drinking too much coke causes kidney stones.
Fatty liver is a big problem in today's date, which most people ignore. Fatty liver occurs when you eat too much processed food and outside food. In today's time, many people have fatty liver. But those people ignore it, thinking it is a normal disease. When you have fatty liver, then you understand that your body is not able to take it anymore. Whether it is unhealthy food or junk food, you should still start leading a normal life or eating good food.
When you have fatty liver, it means that you either drink too much or you eat a lot of such food, which you should not eat. Always keep a rule in life. If you eat spicy food for 6-6 days and eat whatever you feel like eating on one day, then what will happen with this is that your health will remain maintained and you will never eat outside food. Prefer more of it. We do not know what happens to the homemade food that is prepared at home. We do not know which recipe it has. Which ingredients it has.
I can tell you from my personal experience. I was also like this earlier. I used to eat many chips. I used to drink cold drinks, but then I got my health checked, and the doctor told me that I will have to stop eating all this, or else I may have a serious problem in the future. Then I stopped all this. Today I only eat home-cooked food; if there is a party or some function, then only I eat outside food.
I avoid eating junk food. What happens by that? Two things happen: my money is also saved. My health also remains good; that is why I say it. Eating healthy food benefits you a lot. First, your health is maintained. Second, money is saved. Third, the chances of you getting any disease are reduced a lot, and fourth, there are the medical expenses that you have to face if you eat junk food. That too is saved, so how many benefits are there from just one thing?
What many people do is that they eat junk food and then go to the gym; they think that eating junk food will make everything okay. But this is completely wrong. If you are going to the gym and you eat fried food or junk food, then there is no benefit in it. You will always have to follow a diet. Will you get proper results by going to the gym? If you are just going to the gym and eating junk food, then there will be no result, and that is another problem.

Heathy eating is one way to stay healthy,eating bad diet and still going to the gym feels like a waste of time.
