Fast Food, Slow Death: The Modern Health Crisis
In today's world, where people consume so much junk food, chips, crisps, fast food, and processed foods, a healthy lifestyle should be a necessity. With so many harmful products available on the market today, and so much chemical-laden food, living a healthy life is incredibly difficult. In the past, this was so easy, and today, even a healthy life is incredibly challenging. Even a biscuit contains so many chemicals that we can't give it to children. Therefore, choosing a healthy lifestyle is crucial. When your body is healthy, your health will be, too. Maintaining good mental and physical health will increase your performance, productivity, and stamina, which will significantly increase your work ethic.

Nowadays, the average person consumes so many unhealthy foods that there's no comparison. If we go out and open a packet of chips and find so much sugar in it, it will cause immense harm to our body. Similarly, smoking and drinking are on the rise today, even among the younger generation, because people think it's cool. However, the harmful effects and damage to their bodies are shortening their lifespan. Cigarettes are dangerous things. You never know how quickly they can hook you, and quitting them is incredibly difficult. Drinking is a habit you can quit at some point, but cigarettes are something you can't easily quit, and it takes so much time and effort. Quitting them will still be very difficult. Nowadays, every smoker says, "I want to quit, but I haven't."
Speaking personally, I used to eat a lot of junk food, preferring food because I'd eat wherever it tasted tastier. But later, I realized the food I eat is authentic. Nowadays, there's leaked water and many other substitutes, including one for peas. These are made with palm oil. These things will seriously harm us and our cities and can even cause harmful diseases like cancer. That's when I learned about it. I decided to either stop eating these foods or work on them. Eating out once or twice a month isn't a bad thing, but eating out every day is very detrimental to health.
If you eat healthy food every month and eat out for a couple of days, it's okay because it's digested and your digestive system improves. But if you eat unhealthy food from the every day, your digestive system gradually weakens because it can't handle so much food. All at once and this will start your first problem which will be indigestion which will make you suffer. You can get food poisoning. You can get diabetes. You can get many types of diseases and your immune system does all this which protects you from getting fevers. But if you keep eating like this and keep eating such bad food then you will get spoiled forever. So I left all this immediately and I started following the basics of a healthy lifestyle. Nowadays I definitely eat out once a week. But if I eat good food three times a day then my body, my body, my throat and all these things have become very good.

There are always two paths in life, one healthy path and another healthy path. Always choose the healthy path, because they will keep telling you time and again that the path you have chosen is the best. That's why today's celebrities and sports personalities, all of whom are real, only to see their parties or physiques. Even a Actors sportsman and athletes has avoiding junk foods , and nowadays you can see how beautiful and glowing their faces are because they don't eat junk food. The food they eat is very processed. They eat mostly bland food, without oil, with just salt. All this food does a lot of good and supports their body. The best thing about these foods is that they digest very quickly, which means your digestive system doesn't have to work as hard. This helps them become stronger and healthier.
I've seen many people who eat outside food all day, and then later, when they go to a doctor for a checkup, they find they have a history of obesity, diabetes, and a few other ailments. Among these, the most dangerous and common is fatty liver. It occurs when you eat out a lot. This disease will gradually weaken your body, and as your fatty liver continues to grow, you'll reach a point where you won't be able to eat any food. The only solution is surgery to restore your liver size. This happened to my friend as well. He used to eat out a lot, and when his liver became fatty, he couldn't eat anything else. He couldn't eat anything else because his digestive system was so weak that it couldn't digest anything else. He was really craving chicken and mutton. But he does not know this because his digestive system is very good, so you can understand how important all these things are, if you keep eating turmeric and food then you will not have all these problems.

Lastly, I want to say, it's up to you whether you want to eat healthy food. Quickly. But if you follow my advice, healthy food can be good or tasteless. It may seem boring, but it will give you so many benefits in the long term and make your body so strong that you'll thank yourself. Healthy food may not taste as good as it might seem, but it does. It is very effective and you will realize its results when you grow old and you have a good knowledge of poetry. You will see that someone who eats healthy food, his body will gradually start giving up. His digestive system will become weak. His hair will start falling. His face will start getting dark. Pits will start appearing due to which his entire body structure will gradually deteriorate.
