The Perfect Balance Between Sweet and Salty Food
Has it ever happened to you that you are standing in front of a table and that table is full of snacks? On one side there are chips, crunchy salty things and on the other side there are cakes, chocolates, very sweet things You think it is funny but it is a lot of struggle because you do not understand what to eat. Some people like salty food more so they go for that and some people are not able to register the sweet. People are standing there, going towards interesting topics in different directions, someone has one thing else's favorite. Someone else has something else's favorite. Yes, everyone has their converted happiness and everyone should eat and eat according to their mood. But it is a thing to think about how at the same place, two different people have different tastes and how two different people satisfy themselves by eating different food.
Salty fries have their function like crunchy potato chips or some nice popcorn while you are watching a movie or a slice of pizza when you are hungry. Salty popcorn is always something that you ask for all the time because salty always tastes good and it always gives a great release. It gives a lot of pleasure to your stomach. It is like when you eat it or show it off. It tastes better when you eat it. Like French fries nachos taste good when you eat them.
But the good food which we say in the end is the one which we enjoy the most because after having a lot of salty food we tend to crave sweets because it always happens, like if you have had a good dinner then after that eating sweets is compulsory because that is what makes your dinner better. That is what gives you pleasure because the food is such that you enjoy it a lot. Whatever you say at the end of the meal, how good it will feel. Your mind will feel very good. You will get satisfaction. You will feel very good. Like eating chocolate Cadbury ice cream, we too used to eat a lot of ice cream.
This is not a debate, it is just about what you like. It depends on you, every person has a different taste. Every time has a different taste. Like from morning till evening, we like quality food and then at 1:00 at night we have cravings to eat something sweet, because all those cravings are according to our body, so hard cravings are different. Whenever you feel like eating salty food then you will eat sweets because at that time you will not get those cravings, so at the time of salty food, salty craving can always be eliminated and there is a time for sweets. It develops according to your mood and time.
When you talk about me, I like to eat sweets more because I have liked to eat sweets since childhood and I am from West Bengal and the sweets of this place are the most famous and we people like the sweet Misti Do here very much to eat. Because if curd is mixed with sweet sugar in it, it tastes really good. I have been eating that since childhood, so I like Bengali food more. Sweet food and in our location, sweet Puri is made here. I like that food more, so all these things are very comfortable for us. I like salty food only, but not as much as sweet. If you give me an option, then I will always prefer to eat sweets.
So why do we crave so much salt? Some scientists have discovered this in biology. We cannot say that it is a discovery. But we have seen that we are asked to eat salt because we mostly live in salt. For a long time, we have known to survive in salt only. There is a lot of difference between salt and sugar. Salt is a healthier option than sugar, but sugar also has a lot of benefits because it gives you energy. For example, salt gives energy, so according to our ancestors, eating salt is preferable because salt contains most of the nutrients and we tend to eat salt more, say in childhood or anywhere, then all these things also have a lot of protein and many different kinds of benefits according to it, but salt has more of it.
In conclusion, I would like to say that what do you like, eat and drink what you like and see what is its benefit or harm. Personally, if I like food more, then I eat that. If someone else likes resulted food, then I eat that, then that thing should satisfy you. It is your comfort, like you are having a bad day or your work is not getting done. You should eat that food which improves your mood and makes you happy.
It should bring a smile to your face. Your day should become better after that. The tension of the festival should go away. It should reduce your stress level, so eat all these foods in more quantity because your health will improve by eating all this. Yes, health also improves by eating because if you do the things that you are supposed to do only according to your body, then your body will respond better. You will be able to work better. Your brain will function better because of the things that your body needs, if you give it good food, then your body will respond better.
