Earlier, whenever we used to go and play games, everything was a physical game. Whether it's cricket, football, or badminton, all these games were played extensively in earlier times, and children of that era enjoyed playing a wide range of games. So how do these physical games improve our body's health, immunity, mental balance, and lifestyle, and how do they give us a chance to live life by playing physical games our whole body runs or works, what happens to it? All our portions are trained well.
The first thing is that motivation is required to go to the gym for fitness but in physical games, motivation comes automatically. We play team sports competitively form with our friends or football, kho-kho, kabaddi, or tennis, which is a simulation of muscles in our body. This physical exercise does not only involve lifting the muscles. Simultaneously Muscles are also reduced and the fat in the muscles. Nowadays, stress has become a part of everybody's life, whether he is a student or a professional, but when we participate in any sport, endorphins are released in the brain which are also called happy hormones, and also remove reduce anxiety, depression and mental fatigue from our body. If someone is playing a regular physical game, then his mood will automatically remain fresh. His live pressure will get better and he will be able to handle it when you play a physical game.
Whenever you play any physical game like cricket or football in which you have to run, then your immune system becomes stronger due to which your blood circulation improves a lot. By improving blood circulation, your immune cells become completely effective so that you do not fall ill or have any such problems. If this does not happen then you are most beneficial because if you keep standing and sitting then your immune system will become very weak due to which you will fall ill. Your health will deteriorate. But if you play and jump then your effective moves will improve the blood circulation of the immune system. From children to the elderly, if the immune system of everyone is strong then they avoid all seasonal infections and lifestyle diseases.
No matter which game you play, what type of game you play. If you play a good game, then your reflexes and coordination will become very good because if you play badminton then you have to return the shutter or if you play football then you have to pass the ball thoughtfully and Whether you play cricket because in cricket you have to face ball at the speed of 90 - 100 kph. These reflexes and coordination gradually improve as you play the game repeatedly. Its effect is not limited to the game. In real life too, your reaction time, focus, and alternation improve. This skill will also help you in driving, multitasking, and decision-making.
In today's digital age, when everything has become a big problem, the body becomes weak while watching the mobile screen. The back hurts while sitting on the bench. Physical games like volleyball, basketball, and cricket get engaged and your posture automatically looks right. Nowadays, on every war or birthday, everyone has become habituated to gaining weight due to junk food, screen addiction, and lack of physical activities. Be it health, mind, or personality. If you have not started playing yet, then get involved in some games from today. It starts with morning boxing, keeping a bicycle, or hitting a badminton shot.
