On December I decided to travel for Christmas to the city of Porto, in Portugal. I went to the north of the country to know that beautiful city with a much colder climate but nice at the same time. My mother recommended me to go to eat at this restaurant at first I thought she was joking, since the name of the place is very funny and hard to believe that really is the name, so I took me and my partner to eat in this famous place for its ice cream and food; so today I will share with you my experience.

¡HOLA COMUNIDAD! 🖐️

En diciembre decidí viajar para Navidad a la ciudad de Porto, en Portugal. Me fui al norte del país a conocer esa hermosa ciudad con un clima mucho más frío pero agradable al mismo tiempo. Mi madre me recomendó ir a comer a este restaurante al principio pensé que estaba bromeando, ya que el nombre del lugar es muy gracioso y difícil de creer que realmente ese sea el nombre, así que me llevo junto con mi pareja a comer en este famoso lugar por sus helados y comida; así que el día de hoy te compartiré mi experiencia.

THE AIR AND DESIGN.💖

• Entering the place, I was able to confirm what my mother told me. This place is very famous because it was full to the ceiling with people eating there. It took a while to be served, but it is understandable, as it was really very crowded. Being at the table, I was able to see a bit of the decor and ambiance of the restaurant, even though it was full. It has a nice air because of the warm lights, the vintage decoration and some pictures of cats, it really makes you feel comfortable.

AMBIENTE Y DISEÑO.💖

• Entrando al lugar, logré confirmar lo que mi madre me comentó. Este local es muy famoso porque estaba hasta el techo de personas en el lugar comiendo. Demoró un poco que nos atendieran, pero es entendible, ya que realmente estaba muy lleno. Al estar en la mesa, logré ver un poco de la decoración y el ambiente del restaurante, a pesar de estar lleno. Tiene un aire agradable por las luces cálidas, la decoración vintage y algunos cuadros de gatos, realmente hace que te sientas cómodo.

THE MENU.📖

• The menu of this restaurant can be read in both Portuguese and English. Besides having a physical and digital menu, I found the prices acceptable, even good because the amount of food they serve is large. You are satisfied. This place is also famous for its ice cream parlor where you can eat from fruity
  from fruity ice cream, with crepes, waffles or even huge portions that you can share with the family. This place offers a lot of variety that you can try, from sweet and salty. We can find several types of sandwiches, crepes, hamburgers, mini grills and several Portuguese dishes.

EL MENÚ.📖

• El menú de este restaurante lo puedes leer tanto en portugués como en inglés. Además de que cuenta con un menú físico y digital, los precios me parecieron aceptables, incluso buenos porque la cantidad de comida que te sirven es grande. Quedas satisfecho. También este lugar es famoso por su heladería donde puedes comer desde helados frutales, con crepes, waffles o incluso porciones enormes que puedes compartir en familia. Este lugar ofrece mucha variedad que puedas probar, desde dulce y salado. Podemos encontrar varios tipos de sandwich, crepes, hamburguesas, mini parrillas y varios platos portugueses.

FOOD.🍳

• I decided to order a good kinder ice cream that we shared as a family, a strawberry set, scrambled eggs and a savory crepe of mushrooms and spinach, my partner and my mother both decided to try a mini grill of beef, chorizo and pork. The truth is that as we can see in the picture all the food was delicious, the savory crepe surprised me, it tastes delicious, I will prepare it one day at home because I liked it too much. The only negative thing we could point out is that the ice cream had too much cream, you had to eat a lot to get to the ice cream, the juices were natural because they had a fresh and natural flavor.

COMIDA.🍳

• Yo decidí ordenar un helado de kínder bueno que compartimos en familia, un juego de fresa, huevos revueltos y un crepe salada de champiñones y espinaca. Mi pareja y mi madre, ambos decidieron probar una mini parrilla de carne de vaca, chorizo y puerco. La verdad es que tal como podemos observar en la foto, toda la comida estaba deliciosa. El crepe salada me sorprendió, sabe delicioso, lo prepararé un día en casa porque me gustó demasiado. Lo único negativo que podríamos señalar tal vez es que el helado tenía demasiada crema. Tenías que comer bastante para llegar al helado. Los jugos se notaban que eran naturales porque tenían un sabor fresco y natural.

MY OPINION.🧐

• When I visited this place, I had high expectations. My mother practically dragged me to give it a try because she has eaten here several times because she loves the food and the prices are affordable. I am really glad I was encouraged to give it a try because I was not with high expectations of this little restaurant I thought I was going to be left with a full stomach, but surprise, the portions they serve are large and with a delicious taste that forces you to keep eating, I left the restaurant full and happy.

• Cuando visité este lugar, estaba con expectativas altas. Mi madre me arrastró prácticamente para que le diéramos una oportunidad porque ella ha comido varias veces porque le encanta la comida y los precios son accesibles. Realmente me alegra haberme animado en darle una oportunidad porque no estaba con altas expectativas de este pequeño restaurante pensé que iba a quedarme con el estómago lleno, pero sorpresa, las porciones que sirven son grandes y con un delicioso sabor que te obliga a seguir comiendo, salí llena contenta y feliz del restaurante.
