• El día de hoy quiero compartirles esta deliciosa receta fácil y rápida, un jugo dulce, pero saludable, sin azúcares refinados, todo con ingredientes naturales, mucho mejor que comprado en un supermercado, cremoso y dulce.

3 apples.	6 pears.
2 tbsp honey.	500 ml water.
1 tbsp cinnamon.

PREPARATION.🥣

• First step: The first thing we are going to do is to peel the fruit. We cut it in pieces removing the stone of the fruit, we will place it in the blender and we will add the water.

• Second step: We are going to peel the apple and cut it into square pieces, we will place over low heat, and the spoonful of honey then the cinnamon, finally we will let it caramelize while we mix with a spoon constantly to avoid burning, when it begins to make bubbles as in the photo, it means that it is ready. Place the apples in the blender and blend until we notice that the drink is without any lumps. If you want to drink it within the hour, you can add ice and serve. If you can not wait for it to cool down a little, then leave it in the refrigerator until it is at the temperature of your liking.

PREPARACIÓN.🥣

• Primer paso: Lo primero que vamos a realizar es pelar la fruta. La cortamos en pedazos retirando el hueso de la fruta, la colocaremos en la licuadora y agregaremos el agua.

• Segundo paso: Vamos a pelar la manzana y cortaremos en pedazos cuadrados, colocaremos a fuego bajo, y la cucharada de miel después la canela, por último dejaremos caramelizar mientras mezclamos con una cuchara constantemente para evitar quemar, cuando comience hacer burbujas como en la foto, significa que ya está listo. Colocaremos las manzanas en la licuadora y mezclaremos hasta que notemos que la bebida está sin ningún grumo. Si deseas beber en la hora, puedes colocar hielo y servir. Si no puedes esperar que se enfríe un poco, después dejaremos en el frigorífico hasta que se encuentre a la temperatura de tu gusto.

Así de fácil tenemos esta bebida que es muy cremosa y deliciosa, por lo menos casi 1 litro puedes obtener con esta cantidad de ingredientes, el toque de canela y miel hace que nuestra bebida tenga un sabor único, en mi paladar me recordó a una tarta de manzana, así que sin miedo puedes darle una oportunidad.
