Hello HIVE, I hope you are all doing well doing some creative activity in pleasant company.
Hola HIVE espero que todos se encuentren muy bien realizando alguna actividad creativa junto a una agradable compañía.
Last Thursday the second session was held, concluding the first poetry writing workshop held by a group of #hive users at the Museum of Fine Arts in Caracas, Venezuela; In the first meeting we did some creative writing exercises to stimulate the poetic essence, in this second meeting @beira.orilla (who is the person leading the workshop) guided us through a literary journey to delve a little deeper into the poetic currents under the influence of the master Juan Calzadilla.
El pasado jueves se llevó a cabo la segunda sesión con la que concluye el primer taller de escritura poética realizado por un grupo de usuarios de #hive en los espacios del Museo de Bellas Artes en Caracas, Venezuela; En el primer encuentro realizamos algunos ejercicios de escritura creativa para estimular la esencia poética, en esta segundo encuentro @beira.orilla (quien es la persona que está conduciendo el taller) nos guio por un recorrido literario para adentrarnos un poco más a profundidad en las corrientes poéticas bajo la influencia del maestro Juan Calzadilla.
We did a very interesting activity as a community, we started with a short tour inside the museum and stopped to appreciate a specific sculpture that was pointed out by our friend Beira, then we returned to the library, which is where we normally go for training classes; the objective was to generate some questions that we would ask the sculpture that we were able to contemplate previously. I must confess that this exercise was a little difficult for me to do, but it is mostly because I do not have a constant practice of poetic writing, I could only ask one question, unlike my friend @principegris who is much more familiar with poetry and asked himself about 10 questions. I must commit myself a little more to the study of poetry to expand my understanding of artistic currents.
Realizamos una actividad muy interesante en comunidad, iniciamos con un recorrido corto por el interior del museo y nos detuvimos para apreciar una pieza escultórica en específico que fue señalada por la amiga Beira, luego regresamos a la biblioteca que es el lugar en donde normalmente asistimos para las clases formativas; el objetivo era generar algunas preguntas que le haríamos a la escultura que pudimos contemplar anteriormente, debo confesar que este ejercicio me resulto un poco difícil de realizar, pero es más que todo, porque no tengo una constante practica de la escritura poética, solo pude plantear una sola interrogante, a diferencia del amigo @principegris que está mucho más familiarizado con la poesía y se plateo unas 10 interrogantes. Debo comprometerme un poco más con el estudio de la poesía para expandir mi comprensión de las corrientes artísticas.
It has been a truly gratifying experience to be accompanied by great artists, but this does not end with this workshop alone, on the contrary, this is the beginning of a great initiative that we devised as a community to create a book that brings together all the creations resulting from these workshops; we finished the poetic writing workshop, but this week we continue the project with a workshop of two practical classes on artisanal bookbinding by the hand of our friend @noracano, this knowledge will allow us to self-manage the creation of the final book.
De verdad ha sido muy grata toda esta experiencia acompañado por grandiosos artistas, pero esto no culmina solo con este taller, al contrario este es el inicio de una grandiosa iniciativa que ideamos como comunidad para crear un libro que agrupe todas las creaciones resultantes de estos talleres; culminamos el taller de escritura poética, pero esta semana damos continuidad al proyecto con un taller de dos clases prácticas sobre encuadernación artesanal de la mano de la amiga @noracano, estos conocimientos nos permitirán autogestionar la creación del libro final.
That same day, the #guarenasflow team took the opportunity to interview two national award-winning photography artists, since a new exhibition will soon open at the Fine Arts Museum on a photographic series by the Zuliano artist Carmelo Raidan (one of the interviewees) and we wanted to support them with some promotional videos and interviews to be shown on the opening day of the art exhibition. I will soon continue to share the progress of the activities that we will be carrying out at the Fine Arts Museum with the group of artists who have joined in these training classes on #HIVE; I hope you like this post, good vibes.
Ese mismo día el equipo de #guarenasflow aprovecho la oportunidad para realizar una entrevista a dos artistas premios nacionales en fotografía, ya que próximamente se apertura una nueva exposición en el museo de bellas artes sobre un seriado fotográfico del artista Zuliano Carmelo Raidan (uno de los entrevistados) y quisimos apoyar con unos videos publicitarios y las entrevistas para que se proyecten el día de la inauguración de la muestra artística. Pronto seguiré compartiendo los avances en las actividades que vayamos realizando en el museo de bellas artes junto al grupo de artistas que se han unido en estas clases formativas sobre #HIVE; espero que este post sea de su agrado, buenas vibras.
