Growth happens in so many ways in our lives, and when we had to compare the past to the present, a lot has changed. I also used to think staying silent all the time is just you trying to be cool, but sometimes, one has to speak out when it calls for it, but not in a way that it will lead to argument or misunderstanding because sometimes, people need to know when they need to keep quiet and not take advantage of anyone.

I think if we don't know how to deal with situations, we should stay quite otherwise it may make situation more critical. But it's true that we can't keep quite all the time because we need to speak for our rights.
