Happy Thursday 🎊 and a very warm welcome to my report. Its been another great day and as always am back to report on it and get you up to speed with some of the trending stories.

So today I began my day with a walk around the neighborhood. Nothing new just a nice walk😹.
It was quite sunny 🌞 as I made my way.
Then I was back indoors handling the usual house chores including the cooking.
In between I watched some youtube, X and also caught up on other trending stories.
My next walk was at the city centre this afternoon getting some errands done. We had a little bit of drizzling but the sun shone through yet again.
Then the final walk was this evening after a little bit of resting. Tomorrow we are expecting a little bit of rain and sun
So that was my day and now let's get into the trending stories.
In Gaza the genocide/ mass murder kept going with 75 Palestinians killed by Israeli strikes, some at the 'humanitarian' food distribution centres😿.
Densely populated areas in Gaza city are being hit, people fleeing in panic with no where to go as Israel destroys block by block in its continued bid to seize the city🙀.
Not far off, Afghanistan trending as the death toll from Sunday's earthquake hit 2,200😿.
Search and rescue efforts are underway and many bodies are continuing to be discovered in the remote villages up the mountainous areas.
Powerful aftershocks are hampering the rescue effort, though aid is slowly trickling in to help the thousands that have been left homeless and destitute..
In the other war, Ukrainian president, zelensky was in Paris as French president Macron hosted the coalition of the willing meeting. European allies have pledged troops for Ukraine once the Russian invasion was over.
There was a call with Trump and US special envoy, Steve Witkoff was present for that meeting.
Still in Europe, investigators have started looking for clues as to what caused the cable car derailment in Lisbon that claimed 17 lives😿.
In the UK, Jaguar and Land Rover website has been hit by cyber attack which has caused a halt in production worldwide🙀. They will be losing £5 million daily as a result of the attack.
Marks & Spencers earlier this year were offline for close to 15 weeks causing them to lose over £300 million in revenue after a similar cyber attack🙀.
I guess we need more cyber security people who are way ahead of these hackers💯.
Finally in crazy weather, The Punjab region that stretches between India and Pakistan borders has been hit by heavy flooding that has damaged huge areas of agricultural land especially the rice producing areas.
Thousands of people have been displaced and I guess there will be some rice shortage and a jump in prices caused by this failed harvest😿.
Fingers crossed 🤞 that damage will be as minimal as possible.
All's well that ends well 💯.
