RE: BBH support and other updates

Hey all, the uni-coin bot is down for some service right now, trying to get it back running later today. Something about recent changes has caused it to send tips in both directions, and we couldn't leave it running like that.

I am hopeful the switch to operating against Hive Power as originally intended is also near. The Python APIs for the block chain make it easy to tell who you have delegated your hive to. I learned the hard way this week you can't just reverse that to ask who has delegated hive to you instead. I knew I was in trouble when my searches were finding Stack Overflow questions that no one had an answer to. think I've worked out the right way now to do that now, plus the associated conversions from Vests to Hive Power.
