Life Updates, Meetups, and More... .:. Walk & Talk Series
I had to scroll down on my blogs a lot to get to my last Walk and Talk Series video, and I didn't post a lot! It looks like the last one was recorded in Graz, Austria, during the #BuzzParty back in May! I mean, I wasn't doing these videos too often, maybe once per month or so, but this 5-month break is a bit too much... ;) I had great weather on my side, awesome surroundings, so I had to hit the record button and share it with you guys...

So, what's happened in the last months, and even more importantly, what will happen in the next few months? That was the main topic of this short walk and talk video... I looked back on our favorite chain and noticed some usual "human" patterns during this sideways crypto chopping, where people get bored and start pointing fingers... Who to blame for the price dump, and such...

One of the things that I didn't manage to arrange is the trip to the HiveFest... 😔 That's one of the biggest disappointments, as I really wanted to go, especially because of the location... I have never been to Asia, but I know a few Hivians from there that I wanted to meet IRL! I suppose we will have to re-arrange our meetup for some other date... For those who will make it to the HiveFest, I wish you all the best, and I know you will have a lot of fun! I was on two, and there were blasts!
On the other side, I do plan to go to some other meetups that will happen before the end of the year... I will probably not reach my yearly goal of 5 Hive meetups, but I will try to get close to that number; that's for sure! If there will be no (pleasant) surprises (unexpected meetups this month), my next HIVE meetup should be in Krakow, Poland, on 14-16th. November is already well-known, The Kingdom! Also, there is a chance of another meetup in that part of Europe, more exactly, Prague, 2-3 days before Poland! Stay tuned for that!
I don't want to tell you everything in text, but mark another day for a possible meetup, Malaga, Spain, December 4-6th...

Anyway, Malaga is a long shot... There should be Talent Land España 2025 on those days, and in the past, a few people from Hive were there (I had no idea about it then)...

Yeah, KL was a bit too far away and expensive for me at least... And regarding extractors, we have different types on HIVE... You have to be more specific... 😃

well now i know something is happening i will try my best. i checked some flights, AirSerbia has some discounts this week but like every date you check is all booked. i would have to be there for 10 days. And one other company wants me to go to London first and then go to Krakov...

seeing you call out the finger pointing during this sideways phase was refreshing, my patience got a workout too. channeling that into curation and goVErnance feels way more useful :) Krakow and and maybe Prague right before sounds like a solid plan, even if missing HiveFest stung. Tough break with 3Speak taking a week, the backup link helped, and your steady vibe is fuel for newer folks like me.

Been a while since the last walk and talk! I share the similar view as you on Hive/price. It doesn't bother me too much in the short term, the model is pretty interesting as a crypto social media platform so I am still optimistic in the longer term.
With that view, the recent crash can't hurt you at all! 😀
