That's true... If I had money to do it 10 years ago, I would probably afford the 2nd residence by now... Renting is throwing money through the window...

This world is weird at the moment in housing at the moment. But this is a cool tour though! Nice to see how this works in other countries. We should have a seperate community in here. House tours and prices :D

It is a weird moment, and I don't see prices going down soon... Maybe if the next real estate bubble pops out, but I'm not sure that will happen in the next 3-4 years...
