Passionate Hivian or Pain in the A$$? .:. WorkerBee PH-Pool Week 266
One of the hardest things in life is to be objective... It sounds so simple, and we rarely think about it, but if you roll back the "movie of your life", can you say that you are an objective person? I have tried many times, but I have failed many times too... Maybe too many times...

Now, when this uploaded photo appeared, I realized how beautiful the place where I lived, and where I live! What you can see is an original photo taken with my shitty Hiaomi phone, without doing ANY filters (except for adding text and other stuff)! That's how it looked/looks in REAL LIFE! That blue color of the sea and the sky is so relaxing and calming...
Back to the topic... Every time we enter a bear market and the value/prices of crypto go down, people are getting more nervous; it looks like everyone is on the edge of a psychological collapse... And how do we humans react in those moments? We began attacking everyone around us, as there is no way that we put ourselves in this position alone... No way... 🙄 Some are more productive and constructive, some aren't... That's how it goes...
What I noticed recently is that many people are trying to find the solution, the way out of this situation... To stop the fall and start the climb, to patch the holes, kick out the water from the boat, as the boat and the crew are worth it! Yes, some have left the boat, but those who didn't are passionate about it; they want to continue the journey... But how? What are the solutions?
Being passionate about something in general is a positive thing, but not everyone can "understand" it... Being mostly subjective, we humans think that ONLY our solution is the best, and if we have a bit higher EGO, that's almost 100% sure... 😃 With that attitude, it's very hard to stay open for other solutions, for other ideas... It's not that only I am passionate about this place; many others are too! Which means that many have possible solutions, some concerns, questions...
In that environment, my passionate opinion can be perceived as a threat to your opinion, as you are passionate about your view too... That's something that I have noticed on HIVE recently, especially when we had discussions about DHF proposals and transparency... Asking uncomfortable questions was perceived as an attack, and being worried about the spending of community resources was perceived as FUD, thinking differently was perceived as a threat...
These are the moments when we have to be OBJECTIVE! We have to accept that people are passionate about this place, because they CARE about it! It would be sad to see that nobody asks questions in hard times, and to see people making additional holes in a sinking ship...
So, be thankful to have passionate people on HIVE and try to be open toward other opinions and concerns... And don't forget... We are in the same boat... And if the boat sinks, we are all going down, being an a$$, or just a passionate Hivian, or both...

This week, we have mined 113 BEE tokens in total, 11 tokens more than the week before! Lucky! Hopefully, we will not have a big drop next week...

i see less and less people posting and a lot are powering down and leaving, but now at 0.06? doesn't make much sense
It happened in the past, it happens today, and it will happen in the future... FUD and doomsday news are too powerful for some people... I saw some OG leaving crypto completely...
We should face those tough questions head on instead of avoiding them. After all, what really counts is our collective journey ;)
Yeah, it makes no sense to close your eyes and wait for the problem to disappear... It's like when we were kids... When you close your eyes, monsters will disappear... The only difference is that those monsters didn't exist at all, and these issues are here, and need our attention... 😉
I think in times like these when the value of crypto goes down, one should maintain emotional balance. Knowing full well that market fluctuate, when such happens, you don't end your business, but when we keep a clear mind it will help us to make wise use of the time instead of reacting out of fear. That was exactly what I did.
But I still have not fully understand how all these delegation, curator and terms like that works, because comeing to Hive, I had no idea about crypto. I just wish I could understand all those terms.

One thing is to plug in to some communities directly here on HIVE, but you can broader your connection on Discord too... We have been through bear markets before. However, HIVE at $0.06 is a little crazy... $0.20 used to be low. Good for long-term accumulation for creators looking to gain voting weight.

I don't know what you are referring to (if there is anything specific), but I can imagine people with high influence sticking to their positions, which sometimes are opposite.
