It looks like that really means that an issuer of any #HiveEngine token must plan (very) carefully before issuing most (if not all) of the possible maximum supply at once. 🤯

I think that everyone is free to create and use any #HiveEngine token as long as they can pay the required (BEE) tokens for it. 🤔 I also think that it is the responsibility of the buyer to perform some research on any token before buying it, through means such as searching for Hive posts regarding the feedback of other people who already purchased the token. 🧘‍♂️

Imagine someone creating a #HiveEngine token with a precision of 0 (which means whole numbers only) and maximum supply of 1 token. 🤔 That's (at least) 100 BEE token (wasted) for a token that only one Hive account (or Hive Engine account to be more precise, remembering @borniet accidentally sending 20,001 !IDD tokens to @tyndynrain instead of your own Hive account). 💸🤯

Anyway, that @tyndynrain account continues to receive IDD dividends weekly, despite not being a real Hive account (for now). 😆😅

Who would hold the token? It's a Hive account, since Hive Engine is a side-chain, and does not have its own accounts. Yeah, the first one to create that account will be able to access the IDD there, and to send them somewhere more useful. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

PEPE token is decentralized
I guess the record of who owns what, and the marketplace is decentralized, but management isn't. Token supply for example is not decentralized. One person decides.
