What is the kingdom of God
Hello, everyone!
I'm here this evening to share the goodness of Christ with you, which has been the main goal of us Christians, to represent Jesus Christ anywhere we find ourselves. And I would be happy doing that online or on-site.
However, this morning I had my morning from this verse of the scripture. I like the ERV because of the simplicity of the language construct.
Matthew 13:44 ERV [44] “God’s kingdom is like a treasure hidden in a field. One day a man found the treasure. He hid it again and was so happy that he went and sold everything he owned and bought the field.
The Bible says, the kingdom of God is like a treasure that can't be hidden but can be seen, touched, and felt if a man is desperate and willing to do the needful for the kingdom. And any man who found this hidden treasure is excited, filled with joy and peace. And it flows through the excellency of God. This treasure doesn't come from men but from God.
What is this kingdom of God
The kingdom of God is the goodness or the Gospel of Christ shared across the world. It's doing the will of the Father, which is sharing the word of God with those who are ignorant of this goodness.
The more we study the word of God, the more we get rooted in Him, knowing His heartbeat and the revelation that made us stand and dispense it for people to get drawn to Him and be like Him. It's a thing of joy to bring men to the light of God's word.
God is so intentional about us, and he is ever ready to do and will in our lives. God's mission was changing men from bad to Good, from being poor to being rich in the knowledge of His will.

Honestly, when I saw today's Bible verse while doing my morning devotion I was happy especially the topic which is The Greatest Treasures.
Honestly, as a children of God, we need to go out and preach the gospel of God to those who are yet to repent because God is always happy whenever we win souls like what the Bible said, There's joy in Heaven when a sinner repent. So it's our responsibility to bring people closer to God.

It's changed my focus for my life. The kingdom is what I seek now. Nothing earthly. The world isn't our forever home, the kingdom is. So for me, the kingdom means...Focus.
