I like the hybrid work setup #281

Greetings, valiant ladies of Hive!

I would like to respond to the first question: “Working from home or going to the office, why?”

I prefer a hybrid setup because both options are highly beneficial. Working from home gives you the space to be productive and helps you avoid distractions, allowing you to stay focused and achieve your goals and plans.

On my part, I see both as different sources of income rather than depending on just one. One can be online while the other is in a physical office, and together they help bring balance to life.

Meanwhile, working in the office helps to build physical connections with others, while working online allows you to connect with people virtually sharing ideas, learning from their content, and growing together. Office work, especially tasks involving paperwork, has helped me understand many aspects of administrative work.

Personally, I enjoy going to the office, but when I’m not there, I engage in one or two activities on Hive.

Office work also has many advantages. For example, there was a time when some important documents needed to be sorted, and we searched for them together and eventually found them. This experience highlighted the value of physical collaboration and quick problem-solving.

However, being involved in an online business or working from home provides financial flexibility. For instance, you can save in your crypto wallet for future use. While waiting for your monthly salary, you can rely on your online earnings to handle financial needs without borrowing from others in a way, you’re borrowing from yourself. I have learned a lot about this hybrid setup and how it helps create balance in professional life, making one more effective, proficient, and competent in various areas.

Ultimately, the way you live your life reflects how well-developed and knowledgeable you are.
