¿Dios Ve Nuestras Mínimas Acciones? (🇪🇸 | 🇺🇸)

  Saludos filósofos de #Humanitas, hoy me siento realmente inspirada y luego de pensarlo tanto decidí armar este post con la finalidad de compartir mis ideas y pensamientos con ustedes. Cabe destacar que soy Católica, pero eso no implica que lo que crea te cohiba a ti de leer lo que escribí. Hablaré de mis creencias y del pensamiento que tengo con relacionado con Dios para relfexionar un poco al respecto. 🧡

  Greetings #Humanitas philosophers, today I feel inspired, and after thinking about it so much, I decided to put together this post to share my ideas and thoughts with you. It should be noted that I am Catholic, but that does not imply that what I believe in will inhibit you from reading what I wrote. I will talk about my beliefs and the thoughts I have related to God to reflect a little bit about it. 🧡

𝐄𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐳ó𝐧

Este pensamiento que hoy comparto con ustedes surgió a raíz de una simple pregunta: ¿Dios ve nuestras acciones en todo momento, por más minúsculas que sean?

Me pregunté esto luego de salvar una pequeña hormiga que se ahogaba en el agua mientras me lavaba mis manos. Y no sólo me lo pregunté en ese momento sino en otras ocasines.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐞

This thought that I share with you today arose from a simple question: Does God always see our actions, no matter how minuscule they may be?

I asked myself this question after saving a small ant drowning in the water while I was washing my hands. And I asked myself this question not only at that moment, but on other occasions.

Como por ejemplo, me ha tocado salvar pequeñas arañas que quedan atrapadas en mi regadera y antes de meterme a bañar prefiero sacarlas para que no mueran quemadas con agua caliente o a causa de una intoxicación por jabón.

También he hecho lo mismo con pequeños reptiles como lagartijas diminutas que no tienen aún un tamaño adulto. Me resultan super tiernos verlos de ese tamaño tan chiquito y pienso, cómo puede alguien hacerle daño a criaturas tan inocentes y vulnerables.

For example, I have had to save small spiders that get trapped in my shower, and before taking a bath, I prefer to take them out so they don't burn to death with hot water or because of deadly soap poisoning.

I have also done the same with small reptiles such as tiny geckos that are not yet adult size. I find it super cute to see them so tiny, and I think, how can anyone hurt such innocent and vulnerable creatures?

Así que esto me llevó a reflexionar al respecto, si se concibe a Dios como un ser omnipresente y omnisciente, la respuesta lógica a mi pregunta sería un rotundo sí.

Ya que para mí Dios conoce cada estrella por su nombre y cada grano de arena, así que ¿cómo no iba a estar consciente de la intención de un corazón humano, incluso en un acto tan humilde como el de proteger a una criatura vulnerable? Esta perspectiva sugiere que no hay acción, por insignificante que parezca a nuestros ojos, que escape a la mirada divina.

So this led me to reflect on the matter, if God is conceived as an omnipresent and omniscient being, the logical response to my question would be a resounding yes.

To me, God knows every star by name and every grain of sand, so how could he not be aware of the intent of a human heart, even in such a humble act as protecting a vulnerable creature? This perspective suggests that there is no action, no matter how insignificant it may seem to our eyes, that escapes the divine gaze.

La simple acción de querer salvar a un insecto, aunque pueda parecer trivial en el gran esquema del universo, para mí revela algo más profundo sobre el carácter y la compasión de una persona.

No se trata del insecto en sí, sino de la motivación detrás de la acción: la bondad, la empatía, el respeto por la vida, o incluso un simple impulso de no causar daño. Estos son los hilos invisibles que tejen nuestra moralidad y definen nuestra esencia.

The simple action of wanting to save an insect, while it may seem trivial in the grand scheme of the universe, to me, reveals something deeper about a person's character and compassion.

It is not about the insect itself, but about the motivation behind the action: kindness, empathy, respect for life, or even a simple impulse not to harm. These are the invisible threads that weave our morality and define our essence.

Si Dios ve nuestras acciones más ínfimas, incluyendo la de querer salvar a un insecto, esto nos ofrece una perspectiva reconfortante y a la vez desafiante. Reconfortante porque sugiere que somos vistos, valorados y que nuestras buenas intenciones no pasan desapercibidas.

Desafiante porque nos insta a vivir con una mayor integridad y compasión, sabiendo que cada elección que hacemos, por más pequeña que sea, tiene un eco en el universo.

If God sees our smallest actions, including that of wanting to save an insect, this offers us a comforting yet challenging perspective. Comforting because it suggests that we are seen, valued, and that our good intentions do not go unnoticed.

Challenging because it urges us to live with greater integrity and compassion, knowing that every choice we make, no matter how small, is echoed throughout the universe.

Al final, la cuestión de si Dios ve el acto de salvar un insecto nos lleva a una reflexión más profunda sobre la conexión entre lo divino y lo cotidiano.

Nos anima a encontrar lo sagrado en lo mundano y a reconocer que la esencia de nuestra fe y humanidad se manifiesta no solo en los grandes gestos, sino también en la gentileza y el cuidado que ofrecemos a las criaturas más pequeñas.

In the end, the question of whether God sees the act of saving an insect leads us to a deeper reflection on the connection between the divine and the everyday.

It encourages us to find the sacred in the mundane and to recognize that the essence of our faith and humanity is manifested not only in grand gestures but also in the gentleness and care we offer to the smallest creatures.
